Caller noticed that some music CDs were stolen.

Caller advised her ex-husband is threatening her. Officer issued an indefinite CTW.

Caller advised a named female was outside her residence and she has a CTW against her. Female advised officer that she was not on caller's property but on the public sidewalk. Officer advised her to move along.

Caller advised she is being made part of a music experiment that she did not give consent to. Advised she is diagnosed with schizophrenia and takes medication. Officer advised her that the incident will be documented and will do follow-ups and advised her to go to GRMC if condition worsens.

Caller advised a female battered him and pushed him down.

Caller advised she just got beat up. Subject was identified as the ex-girlfriend of the caller's current boyfriend and he does have a warrant out of Eddy County. They will not extradite.

Caller advised a bunch of kids are fighting. One officer advised out with 3 subjects at HMS and another officer advised out at an address on W. 6th Street.

Caller advised he has a CD showing a named individual stealing 2 quarts of beer.

Caller advised kids are shooting BB guns and throwing firecrackers at other kids wanting to fight. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised someone broke into her car at the new Sonic and stole her backpack.

Caller advised they can hear all the music and there are a lot of vehicles in the area.

Caller advised a male subject was in the store who has caused problems in the past, but not now. However, caller advised the male did put something in his pocket and is walking in the parking lot.

Caller advised his ex-wife's boyfriend is threatening him over Facebook. Caller advised they live in Albuquerque. Officer advised it happened out of our jurisdiction but was able to assist with other matters that pertained.

Caller advised a 4-year-old child appears unattended just walking around the field. Officer advised kids were dropped off with their grandmother on Gordon Street.

Caller advised 4 teenagers are going to Family Dollar, Auto Zone and Sun Valley Do-It
Center yelling and making echos. Caller advised they are just goofing around. Officer advised he made contact with the 4 and they did cooperate and leave the area.

Caller advised someone has been living under the building for about 2 weeks and caller wants them removed.

Caller advised a male took some hygiene products and left heading east on Hwy 180. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised a female and male are fighting outside and it is physical. Advised they just entered the Laundromat and are still verbal. Advised the female is trying to keep the male from leaving.

Caller advised they just got in from being out of town and found some firearms missing. Advised no signs of forced entry.

Caller advises she has not heard from or seen a 21-year-old female for 3 weeks except briefly on Thursday. Advised she is possibly being held against her will by a male individual.

Caller advised her neighbor harassed her on the sidewalk while she was walking by.

Caller advised a male shot her 13-year-old cousin, but could not give any info on location except near the Snappy Mart. Lost contact with child, according to blotter. One officer had negative contact at Yankie and Corbin streets. A second officer will be out at Pope Street Park but had negative contact. A third officer had negative contact at Park. A fourth officer was out at Penny Park. And, a fifth officer advised clear at Spring Street Park.

Wednesday, Aug. 6

Fight

Caller advises it sounds like a fight just north of her address. Advised he is screaming, "Get in the *** car. Caller advised she hears pounding and screaming. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised loud music coming from area. Officer made contact and parties agreed to turn music down.

Caller advised a neighbor banged on his door wanting him to call 911. Caller is unsure what is going on. Officer made contact with a 29-year-old male who was bleeding from head.

Walk-in complaint requesting CTW for an individual.

1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised two males and a female left the store and beeped on the way out and did not stop and took off in a white Dodge Dakota with unknown plate. Officer made contact on Howell and Georgia streets. Officer issued CTW for all Family Dollar stores in Grant County.

Dispatcher received a 911 where the line was open and could hear a lot of yelling. Then a female came on the line and advised it was a mistake call and everything was OK. Female did not want to provide her info to dispatcher. When dispatcher advised her info would be available through Verizon, female then gave dispatcher her info and advised it was going to be for an ambulance request for a male that had fallen. Female advised she was headed to GRMC if officer wanted to make contact. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised he keeps getting harassing phone calls from a man at the Motel 6 and wants officers to get him to stop. The individual at Motel 6 called and advised of his issues with the manager at La Cocina Restaurant. Officer talked to both and the manager said the man from the motel is constantly rude and was asked not to call back. Officer determined the man doing the calling was drunk and rude.

Officer advised out with male subject who was fighting with his wife behind the laundry mat. The wife left.

Caller advised about 10 males are arguing about money and it looks to get physical.

Thursday, Aug. 7

Caller advised there is a juvi at this location that has info about another male violating his probation.

An adult male reportedly took a tool set and left running and got into a white pickup.

Female and male are reportedly putting food in their pockets and are still in the store. Officer made contact and issued a CTA to the male and held the female for a possible warrant.

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a male went into the store and started harassing a female. Caller advised the male left, but when the female left he followed her and headed up Yankie Street. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised a young male in a white minivan left headed west on Silver Heights. Officer advised negative on a gas skip, advised it was in reference to concerns about the driver of that vehicle.

Caller requests an officer make contact with some subjects who were harassing her while they were in the ditch. Caller said she does not want to speak to an officer because she is afraid to answer the door.

Caller advised he can hear some shots fired coming from the Park. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised an elderly man with long hair walking up Market Street toward Snake Hill appears to have trouble walking. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised there is a lot of yelling at this location. Officer made contact and a male advised it was a verbal argument. Officer gave him a ride to Mustang Village.

Caller advised a male and a female are having a verbal domestic at location. A second caller advised of a fight or yelling at the 13th Street address. Officer determined all parties are separated for the night.

Caller advised the male and female are screaming at each other again. Caller advised it is the same house officers were at earlier. Officer dropped female off at Mustang Village. Male had a valid warrant out of Judge Ruiz' municipal court.
