Legal Notice - Regular Meeting

The Grant County Board of Commissioners has canceled the Work Session that would have been held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 and will just hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The tentative agenda is as follows:

• During this portion of our meeting we welcome your suggestions and want to hear your concerns. This is not a question and answer period; speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes. Any individual who would like to discuss an item in more depth may request to be placed on a future agenda. Request forms are available in the County Manager's Office.

a. Approve/Disapprove August 14, 2014, Regular Meeting Minutes.
VI. Financial Reports
b. Approve/Disapprove August 25, 2014, Expenditure Report.
c. Approve/Disapprove Cash Flow Analysis for July 2014.
VII. New Business
d. Approve/Disapprove Proclamation Declaring September 13, 2014 as the "Walk for Heroes" day.
e. Approve/Disapprove to appoint Ms. Joanie Connors, PhD., to the Grant County Community Health Council Interpersonal Violence Sector.VIII. Resolutions
f. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-45; to Accept Roads within the Viva Santa Rita Subdivision for Maintenance.
g. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-46; to Adopt an Infrastructure Capital Improvements Plan (ICIP).
h. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-47; Appointing Grant County Planner to the Southwest Regional Water Planning Committee.
i. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-48; to Support HR 4315 Regarding Transparency and Species Recovery.
