Resident at SCPD advised he put up a barrier and people are still trespassing through his yard. Officer advised setting up a frequent patrol.

Caller advised a female is trying to kill her. Caller called back to cancel as the female left -- unknown where.

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male and female on foot took a movie and left. Officer out with subjects at The Shoe Department. Officer advised one female in custody enroute to police department.

Caller advised a male is sitting on the corner possibly drinking alcohol. Officer out with subject.

Larceny
1872 E Highway 180
Caller advised she is at Twisted Illusions and wants to report the theft of a money bag.

Caller advised her kids are 13 and 15 years of age and are at their grandfather's and who are possibly being abused by their father. Officer determined grandfather has legal custody of the children. Grandfather advised the caller is somewhat mentally off and he does have many calls from her to the police for welfare checks on the children.

Caller advised a named individual is harassing her via text messages. Officer left voicemail for offending party advising her to leave the caller alone.

Caller advised the male who shoplifted last night is in the store.

N. Grant Street
Caller advised a female at his house took a knife and is using it in a threatening way toward him. Advised they both have been drinking and she is being "obnoxious" with him. Officer out with parties and negative on any assault.

106 W. Broadway
Caller advised that a first-named male is playing his amplified music at the SC Muni and she can hear it at the hotel and her guests are starting to complain.

Caller advised a female is out of her car in the drive through lane at Taco Bell trying to give money to the cashier. Advised possibly drunk or under the influence. Officers had negative contact.

Saturday, Aug. 23

Fight
Pinos Altos Carwash
Caller advised large fight with about 6 people. One officer out at the Flame and more people yelling. Another officer has contact with a male at Bosworth and Pinos Altos.

Burglary
Leslie Road
Caller advised her neighbor just tried to break into their apartment through her bedroom window, waking her and her husband.

855 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a purple Ranger customer is causing problems. Advised customer was angry with him because of confusion over how a winning lottery ticket should be paid out. Advised customer won a free $2 ticket but wanted $2 in cash instead.

Caller advised a man and a female who appear to be inebriated are blocking the entrance to the store. Officer made contact and sent for an ambulance for the man who was complaining of chest pain.

Caller advised customers are harassing her.

Caller advised what sounds like a domestic coming from a downstairs apartment. Advised she can hear people yelling and doors slamming. Officer made contact and parties separated.

Caller advised a female in a pony tail is stealing. Officer made contact with someone matching the description in the parking lot.

Officer advised he just witnessed two males fighting in the parking lot at NAPA. Other officers made contact and determined negative on anything physical.

Caller advised an employee is causing problems at the Subway. Caller advised she just hired him and he is very upset. Officer made contact and issued indefinite CTW.

A male subject has been in the bathroom for 30 minutes and was causing problems. Officer made contact and male left upon request.

Caller advised she refused to give a room to a drunk female and she got upset and 3 other people in her party threatened the clerk to stay the night. Officer determined negative on anything criminal – just a verbal argument. Advised if she comes back to give us a call immediately.

Bar fights
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised a fight is in front of the Flame and a male is bleeding from the face.

Harassment
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised she is being refused treatment and lunch also. Advised she is not suicidal and is ready to leave the hospital. Unidentified individual advised she is being held involuntarily by Dr. Berkowitz and is not being denied food.

Caller advised a named male is up at Walmart possibly covered in blood. Officer made contact and determined male was covered in Kool-Aid.

Caller advised they have been having a lot of problems with his son and wants to make sure he is OK. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advises subjects are outside BBQing and they have really loud music.

Caller advised he is having problems with his landlord. Advised his landlord chained his fence so that he cannot close his gate anymore.

Caller advised she can hear what sounds like gunshots in the area. Officer made contact and confirmed they were fireworks.

Caller advised an out of town group is arguing in the parking lot of Wrangler's. Advised it is physical and involves 8 males and 2 females.

123 12th Street
Caller advised a dark in colored subject is trying to steal a bottle of Fireball.

Caller from the Marana, AZ, Police Department advised his son has been receiving text messages from a female stating she is in Silver City and has attempted suicide and it didn't work. Caller advised they are concerned for her welfare. Officer spoke to female and she advised she is fine and going to bed because she has school tomorrow.
