Caller advised a big guy was just trying to get into her front window. Advised her dog started barking and the male went to the back of the house. Officer advised one is in custody.

Caller advised a woman is at her door that shouldn't be. Officer advised a female arrested.

Caller advised a male with a newborn is asking for help. Officer made contact and advised it was a family of 5 and that they lost their cellphone. Advised everything is okay.

Panhandler
510 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised a named male is outside panhandling. Officer made contact by the army-navy store.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a couple just took about $50 of items from the deli and left in a blue Durango.

3200 N. Silver Street
Caller advised some serious threats to the principal.

Caller advised they have a student in the office who is in possession of numchucks. Officer released juvenile to his mother.

Caller advised 4 teenagers are taking a bench over the fence to the skate park. Officer advised negative contact – they already took off.

Caller advised a named male is at her house and he does not have permission to be there. Officer had negative contact with male.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller has a female in the back not causing problems.

Tuesday, Aug. 26

NM Game and Fish
2901 E. Highway 180 and Superior
Caller advised a bobcat was hit and is still alive in the roadway in front of Shasta Road. Officer advised NMG&F the bobcat had two broken legs. NMG&F advised there were none of its officers available and gave permission to a Grant County Sheriff's deputy to put the animal down.

Caller trying to have someone evicted.

Disturbance
17th Street
Caller advised she is alone and advised a named neighbor is yelling, screaming and throwing things and other tenants are afraid. Officer advised no one is answering the door and had negative contact.

3400 N. Silver Street
Caller advised she made a referral to CYFD in reference to a female child who does not want to go home. Caller advised she called CYFD yesterday about 1:30 p.m. and no one showed up or called to follow up. Officer advised clear with a Sky referral.

Harassment
N. Swan Street
Caller advised her 13-year-old daughter is being harassed while walking home after school by a 17-year-old female. Officer made contact with the mother of the 17-year-old who advised it is the 13-year-old who is harassing her daughter. Officer advised both girls to stop doing anything to the other.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Leslie Road
Caller advised 3 kids keep vandalizing her black Chevy Malibu by throwing chili powder on it and spitting on it.

Caller advised a domestic is taking place between a male and a female right behind the Nazarene Church.

Fight
2080 Memory Lane
Caller advised she can hear two boys fighting in the upper parking lot. Officer determined it was a verbal argument.

Wednesday, Aug. 27

Weapons fired
Leslie Road
Caller advised one gunshot was heard and someone crying in the area. Advised they got home about 15 minutes ago and a couple was arguing outside and yelling. Advised there is a little girl outside yelling "Daddy." Officer made contact with a male who advised it was a firecracker in front of the Lintero Apartments.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Officer advised one female is in custody enroute to SCPD.

Harassment
Caller advised a first-named male keeps harassing him and is standing by his aqua Mustang. Officer made contact and the male advised he will leave the other party alone.

Unwanted subject
1075 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male is making threatening gestures and is in and out of McDonalds reporting he is a boxing champion. Officer had negative contact, subject had left already.

Gordon Street
Caller advised a male with 2 kids went into her mother's neighbor's house. Officer had contact with kids in the West Street area.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a named female took off running, got into a gray Dodge pickup and headed west on 180. Officer made contact at Werner Tire. Officer determined female has an indefinite CTW for Walmart which was issued in 2009.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 and Superior
Caller advised a vehicle ran two red lights while in the city and is headed east on 180 at a high rate of speed and is not maintaining the lane. Officer had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
W. Market Street
Caller advised a named male is intoxicated and causing problems. Advised he just left on foot heading south on Market. Officer had contact with male and determined it was all verbal and the male will be going back and they are going to work it out.

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold Street
Caller advised her daughter called saying her boyfriend hit her and caller advised he did bust her lip. Officer determined it was nothing physical and will be standing by for male to pack some of his things and he will be leaving.

Thursday, Aug. 28

Domestic disturbance
E. Daniel Street
Caller advised a male and a female are fighting. Advised the male was yelling at the female and telling her not to say anything about it.

Larceny
Hilltop Road
Caller advised a first-named male took her phone after she asked him to leave. Officer determined the male has an outstanding warrant out of municipal court.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 and Little Walnut Road
Caller advised she and her father are chasing her friend because he is threatening suicide. Advised they are trying to cut him off. Officer advised to stop doing that or they are going to cause an accident and to pull over so they can talk to an officer.

Battery
3200 N. Silver Street
Caller advised a child does not want to go home in reference to abuse and wants an officer to meet caller in the office.

Harassment
Bosworth Drive
Caller is at SCPD to report about threatening letters she is receiving. Officer advised enroute to GRMC.

Disturbance
W. 7th Street
Caller advised her sons are fighting and they did have guns and then disconnected the line. Officer made contact and was told they got into an argument and that they shoved each other.

Fight
3200 N. Silver Street
Caller advised some students fought earlier today and one of them is still on scene.

Caller advised her son is drinking and causing problems and it's all verbal at this time.

Battery
W. Broadway and N. Texas Street
Caller advised he was just assaulted by two males in a white pickup that blew through an intersection and almost hit him. Advised they then made a U-turn and a passenger threw a water bottle at him from the window. Caller advised he pursued them on his bicycle and the passenger got out and pushed him down and drove off.

Caller advised she can hear them arguing and talking about pulling the trigger in the apartment across from her. Advised there is a child in the residence. Officer had contact and determined everything was OK – negative on weapons.

Intoxicated driver
910 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a male was drinking a beer while he was getting food.

Intoxicated persons
W. 6th and Cooper streets
Caller advised he tried to arouse a male subject passed out in the street but there was no response. Officer made contact and was enroute to an address on Texas Street.
