Monday, Sept. 15

Robbery
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised a named male and a named female in a red Toyota pickup had him at gunpoint and stole all his tools. Deputies had all subjects in investigative detention.

Caller concerned that her daughter hasn't answered her phone and earlier at 2 a.m. caller received a call about speeding trucks in the area which she thinks was part of the pursuit. Deputy knocked on the door several times but had negative contact.

Breaking and entering
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised she received a phone call from a friend advising that someone was in her house. Caller advised she is not there at this time because she is at Grant County Detention Center trying to get her husband out of jail.

Intoxicated persons
Rainier Street
Drunk male on a bus. Caller advised he is very drunk and violent.

Little Walnut Road
Caller calling for her sister advising her gun is ready, but two bullets got stuck in the barrel and she cannot get them out. Advised a named female is the one with the gun. Further advised she was playing with the gun. Deputy advised they did get the gun cleared.

Tuesday, Sept. 16

Welfare check
Sundown Trail
Caller advised a female friend sent her some weird texts stating some armed subjects made her take them to the highway. Then the friend texted back saying she was back from taking the subjects. Caller then called her friend and another person answered. Caller is worried about her friend. Deputy made contact and had a female in the yard and all units are OK at this time.

Caller advised his drunk ex-girlfriend called him saying she was lost. Caller advised there is a DVO between them and he does not want to get in trouble for talking to her but wants to get her help.

Caller advised they knew where BB Martinez (one of the two men who escaped from the GCDC Thursday night) was staying and wanted to tell officers to get this all over with. Caller advised Martinez had been staying with a named male in his trailer at the bottom of the hill in the trailer park on the second ridge. Caller further advised a gray Toyota and a brown truck are parked in front.

Caller advised this rental was ransacked and items taken.

Unwanted subject
Santa Rita Mine Road - Vanadium
Caller, who is the landowner, advised a named male is removing items from the property and he was supposed to only remove his items.

Caller advised a named female called and wants caller to go and get her items on Mahogany Drive but she is scared the female will get violent and she does not want her items put outside in the rain. Deputy advised they will not do civil standbys at night.

Caller advised they heard four shots in the area but unknown from where. Deputy had negative contact.

Wednesday, Sept. 17

Disturbance
Mobile Drive
Caller advised he hears a lot of yelling and screaming at this address, also clanging from an RV outside. Second caller advised the same.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 356 - Hanover
Caller advised her boyfriend strangled her and she bit him in self-defense. Advised she left that location and is now in Arenas Valley. Further advised her ribs hurt but she does not want an ambulance. Further advised her 1-year-old child was present when it happened.

Identity theft
Valle de Uvas - Upper Mimbres
Caller advised a first-named male who lives in Palomas, MX, forged a check in caller's name and took $1,000 out of his bank account.

Caller advised a male and a named female are arguing and cursing and they do have pitbulls. Deputy out with the named female in the street and advised everything is OK.

T&M Dairy Road - Hanover
Caller advised his brother is starting a fight with the father, but called back advising the brother left walking toward Snappy Mart. Deputy determined caller will allow brother back.

Thursday, Sept. 18

Bobwhite
Caller advised a female and a male are screaming. Deputy had contact with the female and informed her of El Refugio. Female advised she was familiar with El Refugio and will call if she needs. . .

Harassment
Unknown location
Caller advised that a neighbor yelled across the property line last night. Caller advised she believes neighbor is a meth addict and possibly mentally unbalanced. No further action was requested by caller.

Big Ditch
Caller advised a man and his child were playing in the water between the two bridges. Deputy advised the two are up out of the Big Ditch okay and they will stay away.

Rocky Creek
Caller concerned about a 26-year-old female friend who has cancer and was speaking to him on the phone when the line was disconnected. Deputy had contact and requested ambulance for an unresponsive female, lights and siren requested. Another deputy determined she has a carcinoma cancer stage 4 and says she is dying and does not need any assistance. Just wants to be left alone to die in peace. Her husband does live there.

Copper Ridge Drive
Caller advised a dead deer was in her back yard. Caller was advised it was out of the city limits and she would have to discard the carcass on her own.

Caller advised a male is on a motorcycle shooting a gun at a named residence. Second caller named the male. Third caller advised she is hearing a lot of gunshots, advising it came from the same named residence. Deputy had contact.

Caller advised he caught a named female trying to break into his home but she took off and is possibly at a neighbor's house.

Domestic disturbance
Mobile Drive
Caller advised a first-named female has been staying at his home and they had an argument and she started breaking things and she kicked him. Caller advised they had been drinking and she left on foot. Caller wants an indefinite CTW issued to female for his residence.

Caller advised her neighbors shoot their guns to upset her dogs when they are let out to use the restroom.

Caller advised some individuals in a dark colored sedan were shooting from the vehicle. Deputy had contact with a man with a .30-30 Winchester rifle. Deputy advised everything is OK.
