Criminal damage to property

Caller advised a lock to the gate was cut.

Harassment
Grandmesa Drive
Caller advised a named male is passing by her house and harassing her. Advised he last passed about 20 minutes ago. Deputy made contact with caller and advised she has been having problems with the named male threatening and following her. Caller further advised the named male has cussed at her and drives slow past her house with loud blaring music. Deputy advised her to start documenting all harassing incidents.

Weapons fired
Hideaway Lane
Caller advised she heard about three shots in the Bighorn area. Deputy had negative contact.

San Lorenzo Elementary School
Caller advised that a named male, the father of a student, is upset and being aggressive with their principal. Deputies determined it was just verbal, but issued a CTW to the named male.

Harassment
Skyview Drive
Caller advised her neighbor waved a pistol in front of her husband and child. Deputy spoke to caller and a male who live on Skyview, who stated the named neighbor came to their house yelling at them about speeding, and when he was told to leave he called the caller a fat bitch. When the male started running towards the neighbor, he picked up a gun by the barrel out of his car, the two advised the deputy.

Saturday, Sept. 20

Reckless driver
North Hurley Road
Caller received a call that a named male is not supposed to be driving and that he is driving all recklessly in the red/maroon pickup. Second caller advised it is a gray Camry. ???

Weapons fired
S. Bear Creek Road - Pinos Altos
Caller advised shooting can be heard north of PA and it has been going on for about 15 minutes. Deputy had negative contact, but did speak to two subjects who advised they did hear several shots from deep in the mountains close to the Arrastra site.

Welfare check
Highway 180 - Cliff
Caller advised they cannot get ahold of a 92-year-old female who lives alone. Caller advised she is a family friend.

Breaking and entering
Fierro Road
Caller advised someone broke into an abandoned building located past the post office and up the hill. Advised it used to be a dry goods store. Deputy out at the scene and saw a panel missing from the window.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 - mile marker 133
Caller advised a domestic may be in progress. Caller advised one vehicle made a very reckless U-turn going off the roadway to make contact with a black sedan. Caller further advised the two vehicles appeared to be traveling together. Further advised he pulled over with them to see if everything was OK and it was an African-American male driving the black sedan and a Hispanic male in the other vehicle. They left southbound towards Deming.

Caller advised a male is at her house and will not leave and she thinks she knows who it is. Deputy determined if caller is correct the named male has an indefinite CTW for the address, but deputy had negative contact as male left prior to deputy's arrival.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised an on-going harassment between some kids that is turning into bullying.

Sunday, Sept. 21

Unwanted subject
Bell Street
Caller advised a named male is inside her house causing problems and will not leave. Advised he is leaving now and requested deputy to just keep an eye on her house.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 152 - Santa Rita
Caller advised his stepson is threatening people and causing problems. Deputies advised stepson left prior to their arrival and caller advised as far as he knew it was all verbal.

Battery
Western Heritage Road
Caller advised he is calling for his named neighbor who just got beat up, is bleeding from his face, and needs medical attention. Caller advised the male who did the beating is at the caller's house.

Weapons fired
Rosedale Road and Grenfell Drive
Caller advised he was told by a neighbor that behind the daycare on Rosedale Road an unknown person has a makeshift shooting range. Second caller advised that next to the daycare someone is shooting towards the mountain. Deputy out at Rosedale Road.

NM Game and Fish
Pinon Lane - Whispering Hills
Deer hit by a vehicle and is partially in the roadway. Deputy advised that passersby advised the deer got up and ran away.
