Caller advised a male is beating up his girlfriend inside the trailer. Advised no weapon/no children and male is a heroin addict. Deputies had contact with subjects involved.

Silver City Golf Course
Caller advised the maintenance shop was broken into last night.

Domestic disturbance
H. L. Watkins Road
Caller advised his son is mad and being crazy and arguing with everyone. Deputies out with subject at intersection of Fraser and H.L. Watkins and has him in custody. Deputies advised to send ambulance in reference to some bleeding from a barbed wire fence.

Cottage San Road
Caller advised he received an anonymous tip from a delivery person that a resident opened the door before the delivery person even knocked and was pulling up his pants and buckling them while holding what appeared to be a 2-year-old girl that did not have any panties on. Caller was advised by the anonymous tipster that the little girl was not crying and that no signs of abuse were seen.

Tuesday, Oct. 7

Missing persons
Highway 152 - San Lorenzo
Caller advised a named female, along with a daughter and grandchild, are missing. Caller advised later they have returned.

North Hurley Road
Caller advised the father of caller's 5-year-old grandson has not sent him to school in over a week. Deputy made contact with child and he is fine, unknown why he is not in school, but the girlfriend is taking care of him and he is fine.

E. Highway 180 @ Caballeros
Injured deer on side of road with both back legs broken. Deputy advised G&F deer had to be put down.

Caller advised her girlfriend just took off in caller's vehicle without caller's permission. Advised she does not want to report it as stolen, she just wants it back. Deputy patrolled the area but had negative contact.

Caller wants to know why she wasn't advised that her son is back in Silver City. Caller also wants to know how to press charges against the person who took her son out of state.

Criminal damage to property
Camino de Vida - Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that the mailman hit and damaged two mailboxes in the Casas Adobes Subdivision.

Unwanted subject
North Hurley Road
Caller advised she wants her boyfriend out of the house. Advised they have been arguing all day and she wants him gone. Further advised nothing physical yet, but will call back if argument escalates.

Artcher Road
Caller advised her daughter took her younger daughter and almost ran over her. Advised her daughter is with a first-named male who took her son (see above Artcher Road entry). Caller further advised her mom was in the mental health unit and was next door drinking. Caller further advised caller's little 12-year-old sister texted caller to come get her as caller's mom was hitting the 12-year-old.

Wednesday, Oct. 8

Larceny
Tabor Drive
Caller advised a named male stole her TV from her house while she went to the bathroom for a minute. When she came out the TV was gone and so was he.

Highway 180 @ mile marker 100
Caller advised someone in a newer Ford Focus on the side of the road was frantically trying to wave down caller. Advised when he turned around the Focus was headed west and someone was trying to open the door. Further advised the Focus then turned around and was last seen heading east on 180. Deputy did ATL on 180 and went to Red Rock but had negative contact.

Thursday, Oct. 9

Burglary
Racetrack Road
Caller advised her bathroom window has been broken out and the house has not been checked. Deputy advised units checked the house and everything is fine.

Harassment
Highway 61 - Mimbres
Caller advised her son-in-law is sending her harassing text messages. Deputy attempted to contact son-in-law but had negative contact.

Arroyo Lane
Walk-in advised he paid $3,500 to a bank in Hawaii. He called the number of where the purchase took place and it has been disconnected. He was advised by deputies that this company was a scam, and was given a 1049 on how to file a claim on IC-3 1098.

Domestic disturbance
Bear Creek Canyon Road
Caller advised an argument was taking place that sounded physical between a male and a female. Advised that they left in a vehicle toward the PA townsite. Deputy made contact with the female who advised it was all verbal.

Highway 180 @ James Hamilton Construction
Caller advised a male is stranded at this location who advised he was out of money and gas and had nowhere to go.

Weapons fired
Highways 152 and 356
Caller heard 6 shots near the intersection possibly from a pistol. Deputies went stationary and also patrolled residential areas but had negative contact.
