We are continuing our break from our Tuesday evening Meditation for Everyone! Next Tuesday, October 21, we will start a new 4-class series titled, "Compassion for Others; Compassion for Yourself."

Compassion is defined as "A loving mind that wishes for others to be free from suffering." We all have within us the capacity for deep compassion for other people and animals. Yet, when it comes to being gentle with ourselves - and extending our compassionate heart to ourselves - it often becomes more challenging.

In this new series, which will be held on four consecutive Tuesdays starting on the 21st, we will discuss ways to expand our compassion - increase the size of our tent, as it were, and ensure that we make room for ourselves in that tent!

Each class will start w/ a 20-25 minute guided meditation, followed by 20-25 minutes of commentary. Each class is self-contained . . . Attend one, some or all four classes. No prior meditation experience is necessary . . . Everyone is welcome!
