Work Session/Regular Meeting
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Work Session on Tuesday,
October 21, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commissioner Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The tentative agenda is as follows:

IV. Purpose
The general purpose of the county Work Session is to inform the Grant County Board of Commissioner of the agenda items that will be addressed at the next Regular Meeting, and for the Department Heads and other Elected Officials to communicate with the Commissioners in regard to matters in their respective departments. In accordance with Grant County Resolution No. 14-01, we welcome the public to attend the county Work Session, but there will be no public input permitted at this meeting.

e. Approve/Disapprove of a 2004 Ford Taurus Station Wagon, Vin #1FAFP28UX4A139858; Mileage: 66, 838, Intergovernmental Vehicle Transfer from Grant County Senior Programs to Grant County DWI for $1,800.00.
f. Silver City Arts & Cultural District; director's quarterly report on Tourism, Visitor Center and Marketing for Silver City and Grant County.
g. Approve/Disapprove Proclamation declaring October 2014 as Dyslexia Awareness Month in Grant County.
VIII. Contract and Agreements
h. Approve/Disapprove Agreement #A-14-31; Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the New Mexico Department of Transportation and Grant County to Provide Federal Assistance for Public Transportation.
i. Approve/Disapprove Agreement #A-14-32; Grant Agreement between the New Mexico Department of Transportation and Grant County for the End Driving While Impaired Project, Buckle up/Click it or Ticket Project, and 100 Days and Night of Summer Project.
IX. Resolutions
j. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-57; Rate Change for Renting the Bataan Memorial Park Pavilion & Concession Facilities.
X. Recess as the Grant County Board of Commissioners and Convene as the Grant County indigent and Health Plan Claims Board
k. Approve/Disapprove Indigent Burial Certificate for Terrazas Funeral Chapels.
XI. Adjourn as the Grant County Indigent and Health Plan Claims Board and Reconvene as the Grant County Board of Commissioners
