Walk-in advised that a rival employee was following his son's vehicle at a high rate of speed and "chasing him down." Advised that the employee is a young Hispanic male who curses at walk-in's workers and flips him off often. Walk-in wants an officer to contact the male and CTW him from his and his son's property.

Panhandler
2501 E. Highway 180
Deputy had contact with the subject at the entrance to Walmart and he was advised to leave.

Unwanted subject
Camino del Bosque
Caller advised a female is there saying her child is enrolled in the Baby Boot Camp but caller advised she is not. Advised the female keeps looking through the windows and refuses to leave and she did this yesterday as well. Officer had contact with female.

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a Hispanic male with an older lady took item and hid it in the towels, but is not really sure that he actually took anything so she wants to cancel.

Harassment

Caller advised his life was threatened and he does not want to speak over the phone nor does he want to come to the PD. Officer had contact at caller's home in reference to caller getting back some tools from another individual.

Shoplifting
915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a named male just stole some items, but was unsure just what items until she looks at the video.

Criminal damage to property
W. 6th Street
Caller advised someone damaged a tree on her property.

Breaking and entering
N. Swan and 16th streets
Caller advised three subjects, one walking a brown pitbull, broke into a trailer across from him. Officer will be out at an address on Bennett Street.

Disturbance
Gough Park
Caller advised an intoxicated female is trying to fight her mother. Officer had contact and advised a NMSP sergeant will be dealing with it.

Domestic disturbance
Leslie Road
Caller advised it is two first-named individuals, a male and a female. Officer had contact with the female who advised it was all verbal. The male had already left.

Bomb threat
3025 E. Highway 180
Caller advised some kind of device is behind their store that looks like a possible explosive. Officer advised to have a NMSP sergeant and other officers come to the location. Advised that "Baby Boot Camp" was notified.

Fight
123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised a group of males are fighting outside of the Snappy Mart then disconnected the line. Officer made contact with the clerk who advised there was no one outside. Officer had negative contact with anything in the area.

Saturday, Oct. 18

Welfare check
2750 E. Highway 180
Officer advised he noticed one of the vehicle lights at Lawley Toyota turn on then off. Officer advised a new Jeep Cherokee had a key wedged into the window where anyone can take them and there are other vehicles like that. Advised a named male will be there in 10 minutes.

Bosworth Drive
Caller advised a named female is harassing his family.

Welfare check
530 W. Highway 180
Caller advised a male in a blue jumpsuit is behind Western Realty building and it appears something is wrong with him. Officer made contact with a highly intoxicated 32-year-old male who is alert but cannot stand or sit. Officer requested an ambulance. Negative on lights and sirens.

Harassment
Michigan Street
Caller advised a first-named female leaves notes on her door with complaints. Advised female grabbed caller's face. Officer had contact with the female who advised caller has been putting trash in the wrong cans and that she did leave caller a note. Female also advised the officer that the caller was in her face yelling so she pushed her face area and then caller grabbed the female's wrist. Neither wanted to press charges.

Caller is in the ER and wants to speak with the NMSP officer to make a complaint against the GCSO who arrested him last night.

Caller advised a named male has been discharged but is refusing to leave the property. Caller advised the male was requesting a ride to Hurley however the county advised negative. Officer took male to the Bayard city limits.

Welfare check
Highway 15 and 32nd Street
Caller advised he needs an officer. Officer advised to send EMS to the location for a male who is very disoriented and not making sense. Advised a first-named male arrived to pick up his father and the vehicle was towed and everything is OK.

Intoxicated driver
2850 E. Highway 180
Caller advised an intoxicated male is in the yard right by the guard shack and he is causing problems. Officer advised units clear, the subjects have left the property.

Vehicle burglary
N. Swan Street
Caller advised her vehicle was just broken into. Advised her neighbor went and told her that there was a young male sitting in her vehicle. Further advised the only thing stolen was a phone charger.

Caller advised a male, female and a small child are in front of Sunset Vista. Officer advised he will be clear and advised it is the same couple the city dealt with yesterday.

Caller advised a named male took shavers and took off running toward Billy's.

Caller advised his intoxicated girlfriend is at his apartment breaking out all his windows. Officer advised out at scene.

Welfare check
Ohio Street
Caller advised a named male sent her pictures of him cutting his wrists and a message stating "a bullet to the head was next." Officers had contact on Indiana Street and advised send EMS for a 27-year-old male with 6 lacerations to his left arm. Negative on serious bleeding but lights and siren requested.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised 4 males and one female running south behind Food Basket. Caller advised he has the vehicle blocked.

Weapons fired
N. Swan Street
Caller advised she heard gun shots a block or two away. Officers advised it was fireworks coming from up the street.

Walk-in advised his 2001 Ford Crown Victoria was stolen. Advised that his daughter was driving the vehicle.

Caller advised she got into a verbal argument with her boyfriend and he took her phone. Advised he left already.

Caller advised some intoxicated subjects are running around his house and he heard one of them yell, "Shoot him." Officer had negative contact with anyone in the area.

Criminal damage to property
N. Gold Street
Caller advised someone is going around his house hitting his trailer walls and his neighbor's house as well. Officer out at caller's home.

Weapons fired
N. Corbin and E. 12th streets
Caller advised she heard 3 gun shots. Second caller advised 3-5 shots were heard. Officers had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
E. 19th Street
Caller advised a named male was at her house and he took her keys and left. Officer advised units clear – it will be a civil matter.

Burglary
N. Swan Street
Caller advised they just returned home and his dad's house had been broken into.

Domestic disturbance
Howell Street
Caller advised her husband is verbally fighting with her and she is in the bathroom and he is somewhere in the house. Advised he has not been drinking, he is just bothering her and tells her a lot of things. Advised he tells her he wants to sexually abuse her and he won't take no for an answer. Contact was lost but there was an open line.

Breaking and entering
505 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised he just witnessed two subjects trying to break in to the Copper Country ATV and Cycle. Advised an alarm is going off and he saw them run into the ditch behind the building. Officer will be in the area in the ditch behind Dominos.
