Revised Legal Notice

The Town of Silver City Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 28,
2014 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City,
New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

Action items on the agenda include:

Approval of Minutes: Oct. 14, 2014 Regular Meeting

New Business:

A. Presentation by YESCO (Yearout Energy Services Company) regarding the water meter radio readĀ system.

B. Appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

C. Approval / Disapproval of changing the November 18, 2014 Council Meeting to another date.

Adjournment

Agendas are available prior to the meeting and may be obtained at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway
and City Hall Annex, 1203 North Hudson, or on the Town's website, www.townofsilvercity.org.
