Criminal damage to property
Tyrone townsite
Caller advised a white plastic chair that was on the front porch had been broken into pieces and strewn about the area and a few flyers had been thrown around inside the post office. Advised neither the building nor the post office suffered any damage but did observe bicycle tire marks.

Caller advised a named male is refusing to return her jewelry. Second half of party just called 911 and advised he is head of the household and then hung up. Deputy advised it was verbal and the male had left.

Burglary
Rio de Arenas
Deputy had one female in custody headed for GRMC for medical clearance.

Harassment
Highway 15 cabins
Caller advised a named female is following her in a white Toyota van. Deputy advised he is with the white van. Caller pulled behind the deputy to speak with him when he is not busy.

Larceny
Painted Sky Road
Caller advised some of her mail was stolen.

Weapons fired
Covellite Drive – Tyrone
Caller advised the boy next door is shooting a BB gun and the BBs are hitting his house. Deputy spoke with the father who advised his son had a target set up and he was being supervised.

Domestic disturbance
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised her mom tried to stab her dad and her dad did get the knife away from her. Caller advised her mom has been drinking, and they are in the living room and caller is in the bathroom. Deputy with a female en route to office.

Loud music
Morales Road and Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Deputy advised some faint music could be heard but he could not pinpoint an exact location. Deputy advised caller to try to get a better location.

Loud party
Yucca Valley and Burnham roads – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a really loud party going on at a residence just south of the VFW.

Saturday, Oct. 25

Weapons fired
Bird Sanctuary Campground
Caller advised she heard a diesel pickup in the area, then one shot, and saw about three subjects spotlighting. Deputy out at three locations.

Welfare check
Highway 180 at Catron County line
Catron dispatch advised received a call from a 78-year-old male complaining of chest pain and is breathing hard but left driving toward Silver City. Male's sister seems to know where he is going.

Weapons fired
North Fork Walnut Creek Road
Caller advised her husband is arguing with some subjects in a white pickup with a tire on the roof who have been shooting on her property. Deputy advised clear from the address and will be looking for the white pickup.

Missing persons
Maplewood Circle
Caller advised her 15-year-old son went to stay with a friend in Tyrone. Mother is extremely hysterical. Deputy advised the juvi is back home and everything is OK.

Battery
North Hurley Road
Caller from Hurley Police Department advised they were advised of a battery, which occurred about 20 minutes ago. Deputy advised going to address.

Domestic disturbance
11820 E. Highway 180
Caller advised her father-in-law is being verbally abusive to her in the Snappy Mart parking lot. Caller advised the trouble started when the father-in-law hit caller's daughter inside the store. Caller further advised he slammed on the brakes while they were driving and demanded for her to get out then disconnected the line.

Breaking and entering
Black Mountain Road
Caller advised her neighbor's home is possibly being burglarized at this time, and the neighbors are out of town for the weekend. Caller advised three people are walking around the house and property with flashlights.

Unwanted subject
Rio de Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised a named 14-year-old female is there locked in the room, and she is not supposed to be there. Caller advised the female has been missing for days and just walked in. Caller further advised the grandma is intoxicated but allowed granddaughter to stay the night. Caller further advised everything is okay and the mother is okay with the granddaughter staying there.

Sunday, Oct. 26

Request officer
Mira Loma Drive
Caller advised a dog has been shot with an arrow, is still alive, and he is calling a vet. Deputy had negative contact on Camino Azul and Racetrack.

Weapons fired
Round Mountain Road
Caller advised possibly four shots were heard. Deputy made contact with a neighbor who advised they were trying to clean a rifle. Deputy advised them they needed to be 150 yards away from any dwelling if they're going to do that.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 356 – mm 2-3 -- Vanadium
Caller advised someone shot the tanks and Vanadium lost all their water. Deputy advised the tanks weren't shot at; the water was turned off.

Breaking and entering
Manzana Rojo – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised someone is inside his neighbor's garage, and no one lives at the residence. Caller advised a male is in the garage and a female with 2 kids are in the area. Caller further advised the people left in an older pickup towing an older car.

Main Street – Pinos Altos
Caller advised he has heard gunshots on and off since about noon. Deputy advised he spoke to a male who was working on his vehicle on Main Street and he advised he hadn't heard anything.

Larceny
Mariposa Lane – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised he was working at this location and living out on the trail, and the owners accused him of stealing guns from where he was working. Caller advised he did not steal anything, but the owners still have his items in the house.

Cottage San Road
Caller advised his daughter said she can't take it anymore and is tired of the problems with a named individual. Deputy advised she is not suicidal, she is just going through a hard time. Deputy further advised the daughter is going to see if her mom can keep her and she will stay home and rest. Units will be clear.

Domestic disturbance
Burro Springs Road – Red Rock
Caller advised her husband and daughter have beat her up and advised the two had been drinking. Caller advised she has had four strokes and is difficult to understand. Deputies made contact.
