Deputy advised of an open window, but had negative contact with anyone.

Male with another friend and his girlfriend and 2 kids are lost. Deputy advised giving to New Mexico State Police in Lordsburg due to location. Caller called back and advised his friend is at the vehicle.

Intoxicated driver
11820 Highway 180
Caller advised a male at the gas pump can barely walk. Advised he is driving a black lifted Ford pickup. Deputy made contact with male and advised he is under the influence of something but he is not driving.

Domestic disturbance
T&M Dairy Road
Caller advised his son is causing problems trying to break the door down. Advised he took off.

Welfare check
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised no one has been able to get in contact with her 76-year-old mother for a couple of days and it's out of character. Deputy advised the mother is OK; she had her phone off.

Breaking and entering
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised someone broke into her house and stole several of her tools and a toolbox, and her house was trashed.

Tuesday, Oct. 28

Weapons fired
Little Walnut Road
Caller heard two shots up the hill behind this address. Deputy went on the roof and couldn't see where they're at. Deputy advised New Mexico Game and Fish Department. Deputy out with two vehicles.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Pinos Altos and Sanctuary roads
Caller advised someone was cutting weeds on the side of the road and a rock flew up and hit his windshield. Deputy advised contact was made with caller and weed cutter and that information was exchanged.

Larceny
Kirkland Road
Caller advised some items were stolen from his carport.

Battery
Highway 211 – Cliff
Caller advised her 11-year-old son keeps getting bullied at school. Advised she has spoken to the principal and nothing has been done about it. Deputy advised another deputy has an appointment to speak with caller and the school tomorrow.

Domestic disturbance
Truck Bypass Road
Caller advised her 18-year-old step-daughter assaulted her by shoving her down and causing her to hit her hip on the wheelchair. Advised step-daughter is destroying property now. Caller further advised she has asked her to leave.

Wednesday, Oct. 29

Walk-in advised that a male she has previously had a problem with continues to walk his dog without a leash while he rides a bike and the dog goes into her yard. Walk-in wants it stopped. Walk-in also wants to know what happened in regards to her dog being shot by one of her neighbors.

Caller is afraid his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend have burglarized his residence while he is in the hospital.

Caller advised he is upset and breaking things and doesn't want to hurt himself or anyone else and wants to talk to someone. Advised he is upset in reference to the holidays and his grandmother's death, that he has no money to buy smokes, and found out he has cancer.

Fierro Road – Fierro
Caller advised they have had a theft of metals and described the possible vehicle involved. Deputies canvassed the area but had negative contact with subject or vehicle.

Valley Drive
Caller advised he has not seen his 2-year-old daughter in over two weeks, and his wife has not been answering or returning his calls and texts. Deputy advised the child is fine – she is sleeping.

Bataan Memorial Park
Caller advised a weed-eater was taken.

Highway 180 – Cliff
Deputy checking on a residence in reference to the front door being open for the past three days.

Caller advised his wife's named friend just stole her phone and is refusing to give it back.

Battery
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised her husband was beaten with a bar by a named male. Caller advised her husband has some hearing loss and feels faint. Deputies advised they are en route.

Deputy had negative contact advising there is no loud music.
