Caller advised he received a letter stating he won $250,000. Advised along with the letter was a check drawn on Chapter One Bank for $3,800 for lawyer and delivery fees. Caller advised he did not enter any kind of contest and when he tried to call the number on the letter he could not get through.

Caller advised her husband is fighting with her grandfather and sister. Advised no one needs an ambulance and her grandfather just left.

Caller advised two females trying to fight in her lobby. One female was issued an indefinite CTW. Officer advised it was verbal.

Caller advised a couple, who are upset about a cancelation are causing problems, yelling and arguing. Caller advised they were late for an appointment. Advised it is really not the male causing problems, it is the female. Further advised no one got hit or hurt.

Caller advised damage to her fence.

Caller advised someone possibly went out and took the fence from her yard.

Caller advised when a driver opened his door caller noticed he had a beer. Officer advised out with subject.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male is in the store at customer service. Advised other managers advised the male brandished a knife at them, but caller is unsure if it was in a threatening manner. Further advised they are walking him out of the store, and he is sitting on a bench outside.

Caller advised a female is in the store at the register. Officer out with female at The Shoe Department and advised female was dropped off at a Fowler Street address.

Caller advised someone is trying to scam the store by saying they were from corporate Family Dollar and saw the store had a system crash and needed a card with money on it to test their system. No money was lost.

Caller advised subjects are arguing outside over laundry theft. Officer advised the victim got her comforter back and did not want to file any charges. Both subjects were issued a CTW.

Caller advised her husband stole her vehicle and is towing it toward Bayard right now.

Caller advised multiple shots coming from the ditch on Raven Drive.

Caller advised a male in his late 20s is passed out, possibly overdosed on drugs. Officer advised male in route to Bennett Street.

Caller advised she can hear what sounds like a male yelling in the area behind the RV Park possibly near the Knights of Columbus. Caller advised he sounds drunk.

Caller advised a named male from a nearby apartment is harassing her and disturbing her dog.

Caller advised her boyfriend went to her work and took her vehicle. Caller is also worried about her 18-year-old daughter, who is home, in reference to him being upset. Officer advised everything was verbal; caller just wants her vehicle back. Officer had contact with vehicle.

Caller advised that a named male is harassing her in reference to some money she owes him. Caller requests an officer to standby while she pays him. Officer had negative contact with either party.

Caller advised her one-year-old granddaughter came back with facial bruises and a bite mark on her face after being with her father. Officer attempted to make contact but had negative contact to observe baby's injuries. Caller advised her daughter left with the baby prior to officer's arrival.

Caller advised a male is harassing citizens at the convention center. Officer advised subject left prior to officer's arrival.

Caller advised a named male and a named female confessed to giving children AIDS. Advised do not put it over the air. Officer had contact with caller.

Officer advised subject released on a CTA.

Caller advised her mentally ill brother is not answering his door. Advised her brother has threatened to hurt himself in the past. Officers advised they gained entrance to the residence through a rear window and made contact with the brother.

Caller advised a named female is harassing him and his wife and making threats via telephone and social media.

Domestic disturbance
3514 Fowler Avenue
Caller advised a male and a female are fighting inside a white Bronco in front of their building. Advised the female is hitting the male. Officer advised it was just a verbal argument.

Caller advised her neighbor keeps calling and harassing her saying it is not right that she leaves her kids home alone. Caller advised her kids get home at 4 p.m. and she gets home at 4:10 p.m.

Caller advised she is concerned about her neighbor's first- and second-grade kids who are left unattended after school.

Caller advised an aggressive male is outside causing problems by trying to fight with customers and employees. Officer advised the subject was issued an indefinite CTW and was dropped off at GRMC.

Caller advised a male is causing problems in triage. Officer advised the male was dropped off at Texas/Bremen, and they advised it was OK for him to stay.

Caller advised subjects are letting go of some Chinese lanterns into the sky with a candle inside of them. Officer made contact and advised subjects of the restriction.

Caller advised a couple, who appeared high on something and seemed paranoid, had 2 small babies with them.

Caller advised someone broke into her mother's house but unknown what was taken.
Officer advised ATL a white dually flatbed pickup pulling a gooseneck trailer driven by a named male.

Thursday, Nov. 6

W. Broadway
Officer was flagged down by a female, who advised she was concerned about her son who was in the car with her, and then got out and started walking. Officer made contact with him and asked him if he wanted to hurt himself or anyone else and he stated "No." The mother also advised her son broke a window in his apartment, and officer did see the glass on the ground. Officer advised the son said it was an accident, and he did not do that on purpose.

Walk-in advised her payroll check was mailed to the wrong address and the person that got it deposited the check into their own account at Washington Federal. Officer advised it was referred to the sheriff's department as the incident happened in the county.

Caller advised he has a problem with a male. Dispatch can hear male cussing at him and trying to fight with caller.

Caller advised a named female is at her home causing problems and harassing her. Officer advised contact was made with both parties and they were advised not to speak with each other. The named female was issued an indefinite CTW for this location.

Caller advised a male was running around in the area and screaming that his mother died. Caller advised he then went into the library and came out again and yelled at caller and called him names then headed south on Cooper. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised her 12-year-old nephew is at her home, and he is a runaway. Officer advised to be standing by for CYFD and will be in route to Virginia Street to speak with parents. Advised child put in CYFD custody.

Caller advised a named male is on the property harassing customers and employees trying to sell candy bars and asking for money. Officer advised on foot to the east of Wendy's, then back in unit to Roadway Inn. If contact is made officer advised issue indefinite CTW for Holiday Inn Express and Wendy's.

E. Pine Street
Caller advised she got home and her son had beat up his 22-year-old sister and left. Caller advised he is now with his girlfriend, who also hit her daughter. Further advised her son is possibly on meth and unknown where he and his girlfriend are now. Further advised her daughter does not need an ambulance.

Caller advised she was told by a customer that a female was slashing someone's tires. Officer had contact and issued the female an indefinite CTW for the Moose Lodge.

Silver Street
Caller advised she heard about 4 shots go off from 2 guns. Advised a large, loud truck passed by blacked out. Officer out with 2 subjects across from a residence and advised there is a bullet hole in the mailbox at a 19th Street address.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised an elderly male is slumped over the wheel and the vehicle, a maroon 4-door Nissan, is running. Advised the vehicle is up against the pole and the male is not responding to caller. Officer advised everything is OK; they are just waiting on an employee.
