Caller advised she has not spoken to her 80-year-old mom in about 6 months. Advised her mom's doctor keeps calling to reschedule missed appointments and cannot get hold of her. Caller further advised her nephew takes care of the mom. Officer made contact and advised everything is OK; she is fine.

Caller advised a couple is arguing and it is escalating. Officer giving female a ride—out at Cheyenne.

N. Arizona and W. Kelly streets
Caller advised a female who appeared to be under the influence of drugs and not in her right state of mind was walking west on Kelly Street. Officer out with female.

DV order violation
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised a named male has called her twice at work today and he has a DVO.

Caller advised she heard there was a drive-by shooting last night by this address.

Female caller advised her brother's girlfriend was acting crazy and causing problems and throwing keys. Then someone came up to caller and took the phone and line disconnected. Officer advised en route to Artcher Road. Another officer advised will be taking one to the Artcher Road address as well.

Breaking and entering
W. 19th Street
Caller advised he received a call from his 18-year-old daughter who is locked in the bathroom and thinks that someone has broken into the home. Advised his daughter didn't see anyone but heard someone inside. Officer advised everything is OK here at the residence, and the family is home with the daughter.

Stolen motor vehicle
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised she came outside and a named individual stole her 1998 black Infiniti. Officer dropped her off at an address on E. 14th Street and ATL for vehicle.

Caller advised his girlfriend's son was followed on his way home from a friend's and he was followed and cornered by a red truck and a black car. Caller advised he was uncooperative and left, unknown which way.

Saturday, Nov. 8

W. 7th and N. Texas streets
Caller advised a named male tried to run her over and that he has stolen her Social Security money. Officer out with named male.

Burglary
E. 32nd Street
Caller advised her shed was broken into and several items were taken. Another individual advised he had a welder, cement hand tools, a Craftsman tool box full of tools and a black-and-yellow tote full of boxes stolen from his shed.

A Las Cruces caller advised her daughter called crying advising her boyfriend is there causing problems.

Intoxicated persons
E. Highway 180
Caller advised a highly intoxicated male is outside in the garden area, and he got there by driving. Officer gave male a ride.

Caller advised seeing a male holding a beer can in a car at Snappy Mart. Officer had contact.

Fowler Avenue
Caller advised his pregnant wife was hit in the face by her sister.

CVS Pharmacy
Caller advised they are detaining a male who tried to take LifeSaver gummies, which were recovered. Officer advised the male was issued an indefinite CTW.

1418 E. Highway 180
Caller advised two very intoxicated males had a bottle of vodka inside a trashcan and that they left a briefcase in the playground. Advised they left with a female. Further advised the abandoned property will be logged into safekeeping.

New Sonic – about 5 p.m.
Caller advised a male with a red jacket is passed out near the wall near the ditch. Officer advised the male was asked to leave the property.

100 N. Rosedale Road – about 5:10 p.m.
Caller advised a male with a red jacket and blue cap is walking into Hibbetts Sports. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised a person is walking in and out of traffic headed toward the fast food Chinese café. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised her purse was stolen. Officer advised she found her purse.

Caller advised a green bicycle was taken from the front porch and caller has video footage.

Caller advised a very intoxicated male is holding a bottle in his hand and stumbling into his vehicle, which is parked next to NM Communications. Advised his friends are showing up and the male is leaving.

Unwanted subject
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised a named male has had his keys taken away—it is not an emergency. Officer dropped male off at his residence on Tabor Drive.

Sunday, Nov. 9

Suspicious vehicle
Bosworth Drive
Officer en route to Fairway with juvi. Another officer advised will stay with vehicle. A third officer en route to GRMC with arrest for medical clearance.

Weapons fired
N. Corbin Street
Caller advised shots were fired right across from caller's address. Caller advised they shot at the house directly across from location. Advised she heard one shot then three consecutive ones. Further advised they may have been firing from the trailer park. Further advised she does not want to speak to an officer.

Accident – property damage
E. Daniel Street and Highway 90
Trailer detached from a pickup that was pulling it.

Caller advised he heard a lot of what sounded like pistol shots coming from the field. Advised he did not hear any yelling or vehicles leaving. Officers advised they spoke to some people who advised the shots occurred about 15 minutes prior to officers' arrival.

Caller advised a male is in the middle of the street waving his hands at people and walking towards Food Basket.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised they have a male who was stealing a stereo in the back office not causing problems. Officer released the male from the police department with a CTA.

Caller advised she received a phone call from her elderly mother advising a black truck has been driving around the neighborhood, and she even thinks she heard a single gunshot. Caller requested a patrol.

N. Texas Street
Caller advised a named intoxicated male is trying to drive her crazy and won't let her alone. Advised he possibly is carrying a pistol. Caller further advised he pushed her onto some pellets in the backyard and she has a bruise on top of her nose that occurred earlier.

Caller advised a first-named male and female have been fighting and arguing all day and it keeps getting worse and worse. Advised officers were just out here a couple of days ago. Officer made contact with female, but male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised her 16-year-old son is out of control. Advised he hides knives in his room and cuts himself, and it keeps escalating. Further advised he stole everyone's phones in the house but they did get them back. Officer is following the mother up to the hospital for an evaluation.

Caller advised a named female was sent to the ER from El Refugio in reference to a panic attack. El Refugio advised she had been in a domestic a few days ago. Caller advised a GRMC doctor is requesting law enforcement to see whether or not it happened.
