The Silver City Museum will be holding our annual Victorian Christmas Open House on Thursday, December 11th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This community wide event will be free to the public, thanks to a generous donation from First American Bank.

Come enjoy festive holiday music, delicious Christmas cookies, hot mulled cider, children's craft activities, a visit by Father Christmas, and a little history at the historic Ailman House, which will be decorated in Victorian style.

To feed our guests, we need lots and lots of delicious Christmas cookies.

If you are interested in donating Christmas cookies, please contact Jan at 538-5921 or email her at volunteercoordinator@silvercitymuseum.org. Many of you have donated cookies in the past and we truly appreciate your generous spirit.

The Silver City Museum creates opportunities for residents and visitors to explore, understand and celebrate the rich and diverse cultural heritage of southwestern New Mexico by collecting, preserving, researching and interpreting the region's unique history. For information, please contact the Museum at (575) 538-5921, info@silvercitymuseum.org  or go to the Museum's website www.silvercitymuseum.org.
