Caller advised a female wearing pajamas is inside the bakery carrying a bag and looking very confused. Officer made contact and is escorting the female to the hospital where she was just released and still has some belongings there. Officer advised that the female's friend is going to get her bag.

Reckless driver
E. 6th and Bullard streets
Caller advised that she was almost run over by a driver that was on her cell phone.

Panhandler
W. College Avenue
Caller advised that a male is standing on the corner waving a sign at people. Officer advised the male to get to the mission and if the officer had to return the male would be cited into court.

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a white male is putting food in his pockets and is now walking out the door heading toward Billy's. Advised the male is wearing a blue beanie.

Larceny
1960 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male and a female who were in the store just stole a ring from him. Officer made contact with the subjects by Burger King.

Harassment
N. Swan Street
Caller advised that her 19-year-old daughter is receiving harassing text messages from a named male the daughter goes to school with.

Unwanted subject
1201 Pope Street
Caller advised that a male is in their lobby, upset because they could not cash his check. Officer advised that the male left prior to arrival.

Robbery
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male stole a woman's purse in row 10 of the parking lot and took off running toward the animal clinic. Caller advised there was a lot of yelling advising there was a purse snatching.

Suspicious vehicle
Mountain View Road
Caller advised some subjects are taking some things from this address and they threatened the caller with a .45

Market Street
Caller advised he was having some problems with a named female and wants her issued a CTW for his residence. Officer contacted manager of the trailer park re the female driving recklessly.

Shoplifting
123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised that a Hispanic male and female in their early 20s just left with a bottle of liquor. Officer made contact and was out on Newsham.

Saturday, Nov. 22

Harassment
31st Street
Caller advised that her ex is calling stating he is going to go over and they are going to pay. Officer advised ATL county-wide to issue CTW.

Domestic disturbance
403 W. College Avenue
Caller advised a Spanish-speaking female showed up and it looks like she has been in a domestic. Officer advised send ambulance for a 61-year-old female with minor bleeding – no lights or siren.

Littering
Hudson Street Bridge
Caller advised there is a bunch of trash in the road on the way to Tyrone, even a mattress. Officer out of unit and closed lane on bridge to get rid of mattress and advised all trash had been removed.

N. Bullard and W. Market streets
Caller advised that a man was passed out on the corner in the middle of the road and then hung up. Second caller advised that a male fell in the middle of the roadway. Officer advised 51-year-old male may have had a seizure and hit his head.

Welfare check
Victoria Street
Caller advised a male keeps walking up and down Victoria Street yelling and waving his arms. Officer made contact and issued an indefinite CTW for the Visitor Center.

Larceny
201 W. College Avenue
Caller advised that an employee stole a piece of equipment last night and the employee is still there. Caller called back and advised that the employee is no longer there.

Shoplifting
Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a group of kids possibly shoplifted from the store. Officer had negative contact.

Harassment
Cactus Street
Caller advised that they are receiving harassing texts and messages and was worried that her son would be attacked at school.

Fight
Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised there are two males fighting in front of the store. Officer out with one of the males.

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold Street
A 13-year-old caller advised that his mother has been drinking and he has been kicked out of his house. Officer advised that the child has been returned and that the mother has been drinking and also uses . . .

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male is cooperating right now and they are walking to the back. Caller was very muffled and stated he needed officers there now. Officer issued the male an indefinite CTW.

Sunday, Nov. 23

Unwanted subject
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Officer advised of an altercation at The Flame. Advised subjects left the area but units are standing by in the area still.

Disturbance
E. 14th and N. Gold streets
Caller advised that a group of subjects are possibly fighting or arguing in the street. Officer had negative contact with anyone in the area.

Domestic disturbance
Yucca Street
Caller advised that both parties were yelling the same amount and that the male left in a noisy gray pickup. Second caller advised that the male was back and broke her window and was pounding on the door. Officer advised one in custody.

Panhandler
1075 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male is harassing customers by asking them for money and is now walking across the highway towards the motels. Officer made contact and advised the male to stop doing what he is doing.

Unwanted subject
County Convention Center
Caller advised that a named male attempted to steal a bracelet and is still inside the building. Officer had contact with the named male outside by Corre Caminos.

Domestic disturbance
N. Corbin and E. 7th streets
Caller advised that he can hear a male possibly throwing things and yelling, "I might as well kill myself." Officers out with male at this location.

Stolen motor vehicle
Canal Street – 8 p.m.
Caller advised that she allowed her named neighbor to use the vehicle this morning to go to the store and she has not returned with it. Officer issued ATL for the vehicle.

Welfare check
Memory Lane and E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male is laying in the road possibly drunk. Officer advised that a female arrived to take her father home.
