Caller advised that her boyfriend who was drinking pushed her and threw her against the wall. Advised that she left and is up the road in a white Nissan and does not need medical attention.

Apache Street – Silver Acres
Caller advised that she is being choked, abused and hurt at her home at this time. Caller advised that dispatch never helps her and dispatch has to send a deputy for a welcheck. Deputy made contact at address and a female advised that no one was there, that no one has been there, that they are doing it through remote, and that she does not want any assist. Deputies advised that units are clear.

Stolen motor vehicle

Glenwood, Catron County caller advised that their 2002 red Polaris 4-wheeler was stolen from Mule Creek.

Welfare check
Cottage San Road
Caller advised that her husband is highly intoxicated and threw her out of the home. Advised that he will not let her back in to check on her three children, ages 9, 8 and 2. Further advised that he is physical when he drinks and that he has been sending threatening texts to her mother.

Harassment
Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named male keeps calling her.

Reckless driver
Saddlerock Canyon Road
Caller advised that 5 or 6 dirt bikes are racing into the forest and back down again and back and forth in front of this address.

Unwanted subject
11824 Highway 180
Caller advised that subjects were supposed to be gone by this morning and they are still there (1:30 p.m.). Deputy advised units are clear/they are giving subject until 3:30 p.m. to get off the property.

Domestic disturbance
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised that when she got home from work she found her incoherent husband passed out in the bathroom and high on Spice. Advised that she doesn't want him there. Deputy advised to send ambulance for a male under the influence of Spice.

Criminal trespass
Hot Springs Canyon Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that someone is walking near her vehicles with a flashlight and thinks it is her neighbor who has a CTW for her property. Second caller advised that he is missing his horse and thinks it may have gone on his neighbor's property, but he cannot go check because he has a CTW for their property.

Criminal damage to property
Highways 152 and 356
Caller advised that some damage was done to one of the valve locks. Deputy advised negative on any damage or anything being in the lock and that it did open for him.

Sunday, Dec. 7

Domestic disturbance
Kohdy Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her 18-year-old son pushed her out of the room. Blotter stated that somehow alcohol was involved. Caller advised she does not need an ambulance.

Unwanted subject
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that her little brother gave permission to some subjects that they could stay there, however the property does not belong to him and she wants the subjects removed from the property. Deputy advised that the subjects left prior to arrival, but advised caller that if they did come back to call deputies back out.

Weapons fired
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that some subjects behind his house are shooting at deer on private property. Deputy advised that the subjects were legally hunting and they are 100 yards from any dwelling and that they will be out there for a bit.

Jack Rabbit Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that she has been trying to get a hold of her 72-year-old mother who lives alone. Caller called back advising the landlord went and checked on her mother and she is OK, as she has been sleeping all day. Deputy had contact and advised she had her phone turned off.

Deputy advised they will be clear. Advised that the female advised she is OK. She was in bed already.
