Robbery
Silver City Police Department
An individual came to the police station to report a stolen vehicle.

Harassment
N. Texas Street
Caller advised that a male is harassing her. Advised they are outside now and one has a patch over his eye. Further advised his name is Patches.

Disturbance
N. Texas Street
Caller advised that a male and a female are arguing and walking east toward the Food Co-op. Advised that they are going through cars trying to take things. Officer had negative contact.

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a white female is parked in the handicapped parking and has a baby with her. Officer advised the female is being issued a CTW for all Family Dollars.

Disturbance
Fowler Avenue
Caller advised that a resident escaped and is walking on Fowler toward 32nd Street. Advised a CNA is with him and he is very combative. Officer had contact at 32nd and Fowler.

Domestic disturbance
Leslie Road
Caller advised that there is a lot of banging and screaming in the apartment above her and caller wants to remain anonymous. Officer had negative contact with anything in the apartment.

Vehicle burglary
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller is at the PD and doesn't know if her purse got stolen inside of Walmart from her cart or from her vehicle.

Domestic disturbance
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised two females are fighting inside the car. Officer had contact with the vehicle close to Carquest and advised everything is okay – it was verbal between a mother and daughter and dad came to pick up daughter.

Intoxicated driver
Grant Street
Caller advised two apparently drunk males on a motorcycle just hit a vehicle parked in his driveway and left toward Sonic from 12th Street. Officers advised they will ATL.

Valley Vista
Caller advised he went to the address to serve a subpoena and discovered three children home alone – ages 8, 9, and 11. Advised the mother is possibly at work at Walmart. Officer advised out at the Lintero Apartments and bringing Grandma to be with kids at Valley Vista.

Fraser Drive
Caller advised that a child is crying and the mother sounded drunk. Officer advised everything is okay. Officer advised that the children were okay and in good health condition, and the house is in good condition.

Harassment
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a first-named male went in and threatened a male employee and then left. Advised the first-named male said he kills people for a living.

16th Street
Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend is suicidal since their break-up and is not answering his phone. Advised that he has thought of ways on how to kill himself. Officer advised it was nothing like that and he is fine.

Battery
Leslie Road
Caller advised she had her gallbladder out on Wednesday and she just got into a fight and something possibly tore inside of her.

Domestic disturbance
W. Market Street
Caller advised she can hear yelling and it's making her dogs go crazy, then disconnected the line. Officers walked the park and had negative contact with any yelling or fighting.

Tuesday, Dec. 16

Panhandler
Silver City Post Office
Caller advised that a named individual is aggressively panhandling. Officer had negative contact – individual left prior to arrival.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male and a female are in the toy section and the male is putting items in his pants. Officer advised one male and one female are in investigative detention followed by in custody to the PD.

Fraud/embezzlement
N. Corbin Street
Caller is out at the SCPD advising that someone is withdrawing money from her account.

Criminal damage to property
400 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that the main entry door was tampered with.

703 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a kid possibly crashed off his bike and is now on the ground with other kids around him. Officer had contact at the Wellness Center and they advised they are OK.

Domestic disturbance
Ironworks Gym
Caller advised that her ex was causing problems with her and started to be physical with her and then left headed down Ranch Club Road.

Wednesday, Dec. 17

Criminal trespass warning
1060 E. Highway 180
Caller advised they would like a CTW issued on a named male. Advised they have asked him to leave several times and he hasn't, although he just left walking west on 180. Advised he is wearing a baseball cap turned sideways. Officer had negative contact.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a male and a female left in an older model red Toyota pickup with a white camper. Officer made contact and determined driver's license was invalid/revoked and vehicle issued a 122G Interlock.

N. Juniper and 25th streets
Officer out with an elderly man that fell. Advised that everything is okay.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
1202 S. Highway 90
Caller advised that his ex-girlfriend just busted the window to his vehicle and left in a gray Chrysler Sebring. Office ATL.

Larceny
908 S. Hudson Street
Caller advised that an electric sign has been stolen from the front of the building. Officer advised the property owner was called and a voicemail was left requesting the owner to call the officer.

Reckless driver
Market and Cheyenne
Caller advised he was run off the roadway by a white 1998 Cadillac. Officer advised, "I've gone up and down Cheyenne with negative contact."

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180 – 8:15 p.m.
Caller advised that the male left up 180 toward Walmart with his lights off. Advised unknown what he took. Officers had negative contact but did notify Tri-City.

Thursday, Dec. 18

Shoplifting
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a female is stealing stuff from the store and has a lot of it in her purse. Officer made contact.

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two males were in the hardware section and just walked out the door to a blue SUV with tinted windows.

Caller advised someone altered a controlled substance prescription in Morenci, Ariz.

New Mexico Game & Fish Department
1340 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that a deer is stuck in the fence and possibly injured. Officers notified G&F dispatch but no G&F officer in the area. Officers advised the deer has two broken legs and they notified G&F they will be putting it down. Officer advised two rounds were fired from the officer's .40 Glock to put down the deer. The deer was released to a named individual.

Caller advised that a female was stealing a movie but they caught her and items were recovered. Officer had negative contact but advised that the next time the female is in the store they will call SCPD for a CTW to be issued.

Caller advised that a male is in possession of firearms and is threatening to kill her. Caller advised that the male had a .177 pellet gun and a .22 rifle.

Burglary
N. Swan Street
Caller advised that he just got home and noticed the home had been broken into and they are missing some items.

Caller from GRMC in Pod #2 advised that two of her techs overheard a male on the phone say, "I'm going to shoot you when I get out of here." Caller would like an officer to go and speak with the male just to be safe.

S. Bullard Street
Caller advised that a male wearing a beanie and green pants is drunk and yelling. Officer made contact with male.

S. Hudson Street
Caller advised he has a client who was just heard by client's father to make a threat to harm someone. Caller advised that client is not being aggressive but his behavior is erratic. Officer spoke with client's father who stated his son said his mother was "going to get it," and then left his therapy session.

Caller advised that a male in a red jump suit was harassing him and was in caller's home without his permission. Caller advised he did not wish to pursue anything at this time but wanted him warned to stay away from their property.

Caller advised that a group of people who are on drugs and acting funny are there arguing with a woman but the woman left.
