Monday, Dec. 29

Caller advised that he went outside to throw his trash and heard a male yelling at a female in an apartment. Officer made contact and advised it was just the homeowner and her daughter and everything is fine.

Caller advised a man is asleep on the dock in the back. Officer made contact and woke up the man and the man went to the mission.

Caller advised that a male is harassing customers and is now back between their store and Circle Heart. Officer advised an indefinite CTW was issued for Walgreens and Sonic.

Caller advised numerous items were taken, including oil, car parts, and an air compressor.

Deming caller advised her daughter cannot use the phone but called her to say someone is yelling "I'm going to kill her" in the area. Officer advised the call was about a possible domestic at a Hester Street address, but everything is OK.

Caller advised that the male in an upstairs apartment went to her door and threatened to kill her. Advised that he has mental problems and when she slammed the door in his face, he started to kick her door. Further advised that he is back in his apartment now. Call was changed from B&E to harassment.

Caller advised that his girlfriend just went into his house and stole his wallet and left in a white extended-cab pickup.

Tuesday, Dec. 30

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that a named male who just got out of jail is fighting with caller's daughter. Advised that he is now on foot and wearing a black coat and black beanie. Officer advised out at Arizona/Alice with the male and female.

New Mexico Game and Fish Department
Caller advised a deer was alive but caught in a fence across the street. G&F dispatch was advised. Caller called back and advised the neighbor cut the fence and the deer ran off. G&F was advised to cancel.

Caller advised that a male took off with a laptop and left in a red, older-model Ford pickup. Officers advised out with several older-model, red Ford pickups at various locations around Silver City.

Caller advised that an individual just left through the garden center and got into a black Ford Focus.

Caller advised they heard a gunshot in the Lois Lane Plaza area. Officer advised it was a backfire from a vehicle that the officer had pulled over.

Caller advised that some personal property was damaged earlier today by a named individual.

Caller advised that when she got home her back door was wide open. Caller advised she is still in her vehicle and does not know if anyone is inside the house. Officer made contact and advised to resume normal traffic.

Caller advised her son is under the influence of drugs, is destroying things in the house and is yelling and cussing. Caller advised she is not comfortable in the home and wants her son removed. Officer advised all units clear - negative contact with mother - everything does appear to be OK.

Caller advised that a named female is unwanted at caller's address and wants the female issued a CTW. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that a female is parked at the Super Snappy with a 2-year-old child in her lap and holding tin foil and a straw in her hand. Caller is worried the female is doing drugs.

Caller advised that his girlfriend is traveling from Minneapolis to Silver City and she has never made the trip before. Advised that it has been about 3 hours since he last spoke with her by text and Facebook GPS last showed her in the Hillsboro area.

Caller advised that her daughter just called her advising she just got beat up by her boyfriend. Officer made contact and advised that the male left prior to arrival, and it was all verbal.

Caller advised that a named male keeps going into the building talking nonsense. Officers had contact by the Palace Hotel and advised the male to stay away from Municipal Court.

Caller advised that an older lady who lives there is possibly being taken advantage of and believes there is no electricity, heat or food. Officer had negative contact with the lady but spoke with a couple of neighbors who advised that Corre Caminos picks up an elderly female at this time every morning and . . .

Caller advised that a male tried to walk out with alcohol but it has been recovered. Officer advised when the security guard asked the male for his receipt, the male said he left it in pharmacy and went to get it. When he returned he said he couldn't find it so he left the alcohol with the guard and never left the store with it.

Caller advised he followed vehicle to the Walmart parking lot. Officers had negative contact.

Caller advised that a named female came in last night to leave off a prescription and she took some sodas and other items.

Caller advised that he needs help, but dispatch advised he is rambling and very hard to understand. Officer advised male needs to get checked out as he is very incoherent. Negative on lights and sirens.

Caller advised that someone is trying to get into the house at the back door. Officers made contact and advised everything is OK at this time and to disregard.

Caller advised that people are fighting and there are gunshots inside the trailer. Caller hung up advising she was the neighbor, but dispatcher advised she was not being very cooperative.

Caller advised that a few girls are fighting inside the Flame. Officer advised that one of the parties had left and the other party did not want to leave any information.

Caller advised that her boyfriend pushed her and her 10-year-old son out of the truck, but they are okay and do not need medical attention. Officers gave caller and her son a ride to their residence.

Caller advised that there is a brawl outside. Officer advised a 50-year-old has an accidental nose laceration that happened when the bouncers were trying to separate the fight.

Caller advised that females who live across the street played a horrible joke on him by leaving a baby doll on his front porch. Officer made contact with a female who admitted she did it and it was just a joke. Officer advised that the female was issued a CTW for caller's address.

Caller advised that his daughter's friend just threatened him and is still there. Dispatcher advised that a female can be heard yelling. Caller further advised that his daughter just hit him and that she is the one who stole an ATM. Further advised that his daughter and her friend are leaving in a Buick.

Caller advised that a female wearing a black hoodie is going door to door yelling and screaming and banging on people's doors. Officer had contact and advised she locked her keys in the car.

Caller advised that a first-named male just threatened her over the phone in reference to a private property crash at the 12th Street Snappy about a month ago. Caller advised the male is calling asking her for money to repair his vehicle. Caller advised him . . .

Caller advised that a male wearing a black hoodie fell but has now gotten up and is staggering toward the Super Snappy. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that an ex-employee advised him that some windows were broken and one of the carts from the kitchen was outside. Officer advised to send another unit as there was an open door. Advised resume normal traffic.

Caller wants a named female issued a CTW in reference to she stole all his Christmas presents and ruined his Christmas.

Caller advised that an 80-year-old male with dementia is throwing things and threatening wife with a cane. Officer advised clear, it was a disagreement on financial issues.

Caller advised that a customer just threw a cup of hot chocolate at one of his employees because he asked if it was coffee. Advised the female already left. Negative on any medical attention.

Caller advised a male just stole a chainsaw file and left in a black older-model pickup.

Caller advised that a lot of illegal drug use going on right now in the home of two named individuals in front of the children. Advised child abuse is happening and there are a lot of firearms in the residence some possibly stolen. Officer was allowed a walk-through - kids were asleep - everything is okay.

Caller advised that a female showed up at his home asking for help, but left on foot. Advised she was white and about 25-years-old with a nose-ring and dark hair. Further advised she smelled of alcohol. Officer advised a vehicle was parked on the side of the road.

Caller advised that a named female threatened to shoot her and her 2-year-old daughter for caller calling the cops. Officer advised both to quit messaging and calling each other.

Caller advised that a male was getting "tough" with her and when she asked him to leave she could smell the alcohol on his breath. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that the subjects were screaming. Officer advised that no one was coming to the door - advised units clear.

Caller advised that someone stole her car battery and cell phone. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that the lock on a garage door was tampered with. Officer advised clear - nothing was taken - minimal damage.

Caller advised that an elderly female in a late 90s Ford, appears to have dementia and does not know where she is. Officer advised that husband is with her now and everything is fine.

Highway 90 and Old Mill Road
Caller advised two girls are fighting under the Highway 90 bridge, one wearing a light blue hoodie and the other a red hoodie. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised he wants a CTW issued to his father who is not there at this time. Officer verified and then issued the CTW.

Caller advised that a named individual is at his house causing problems and line was disconnected. Caller advised that it was all verbal. Officer made contact with individual on Gila/Texas. Caller advised negative on pressing charges, they just want him gone for the day. Officer advised one male passenger in route to an address on 8th Street.

Caller advised that it sounds like someone is getting beat. Advised he can hear a lot of screaming coming from what sounds like a group of people. Officer advised everything is fine.

Caller advised that his son is back causing problems. Officer advised to send ambulance for a 38-year-old male with PTSD. Officers advised in route to GRMC and son is going voluntarily.

Caller advised that a named male who is her friend texted her earlier today saying he was going to try and commit suicide by overdosing on drugs and now she cannot get ahold of him. Officer advised they are making a personal standby.

Caller advised that a named male from Lordsburg who was taken in is causing problems. Second caller advised he is at GRMC and they are trying to hurt him. Officer advised they are taking male to a Pine Street address.
