The Aging and Long-Term Services Department Capital Project Bureau is offering Capital Outlay Application training for the 2016 application process. Requirements of the application include on-going asset management, participation in the States Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan and involvement of the fiscal agent. As capital outlay reform for the state of New Mexico has resulted in increased fiscal and prgrammatic scrutiny of capital outlay expenditures, ALTSD has identified critical questions needed in the application to better inform the process.

ALTSD will offer a training for ceritified officials and CFOs representing the fiscal agent . The training in Silver City will take place Thursday, Jan. 22, from 1:30-5 p.m. at the Grant County Veterans Memorial Business and Conference Center Fort Bayard Room, 3031
