On teacher who did not report to work. Officer had contact with her and advised she is okay, but she is not going in, and she is not calling them.

Caller advised that a bicycle was stolen sometime after 6 p.m. last night.

Caller is concerned because he just moved into this house, and it used to be a huge drug house. Advised people are trespassing on his property, and he is concerned because he has a little girl.

Caller advised that she just received a counterfeit $10 bill and the customer is still there causing problems. Officer had contact and advised the $10 bill turned out to be real and was returned.

Saturday, Jan. 24

Domestic disturbance
Valley Vista
Caller advised that his girlfriend was hitting him and he is not hitting back but is throwing his things outside. Advised both are intoxicated. Officer advised one female under arrest and en route with male to address on College.

Caller advised that someone from the apartment complex up the hill is screaming "Help me." Officer advised there was a possible verbal domestic in an apartment but had negative contact.

Caller advised that a female was switching tags on merchandise last night, but they did get the merchandise back.

Caller advised that a male was in the back room not causing problems. Officer advised male had a possible outstanding warrant out of Luna County and was issued a citation to appear and released.

Caller advised a male is in custody in the back/negative on causing problems. Officer advised that the male was issued an indefinite CTW and released on a CTA.

Caller advised she watched a driver put two dogs in the trunk of a 1992 Toyota. Officer advised that officer was on 12th/Pope when call came in. Advised also went to address on registration.

Caller advised that a male wearing a poncho and has face wrapped in gauze just walked into the store and is making customers feel uncomfortable. Officer advised contact was made with the male who advised he was going to Dollar General and then will call it a day.

Caller advised that her husband hit her but it didn't hurt, and she didn't need an ambulance. Officer advised that they are separate now, and everything appears to be okay.

Caller advised that a couple is fighting in the street and he can just hear them - possibly by Vicki's. Officers advised units clear, everything is OK.

Dispatch advised they can barely understand female/unknown exactly what the problem is. On 911 screen it states building house.

Caller advised they are sitting on the bench and arguing, and the male is bearing down and possibly intoxicated. Officers advised units clear/everything is OK.

Silver City Police Department
A named male is in front of the police department saying he can't take it anymore. His money is gone and somebody is messing with him. Advised he just got out of the Mesilla Valley Mental Hospital yesterday. Advised he has lost his gun that he took his bullets out of. Further advised that he got robbed last night by a guy on a bike and that he was being bothered by people at the park.

In a separate report officers advised they called an ambulance for the male who was found near Dairy Queen for mental health issues/high priority. Officers advised male was being transported.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised that a male who appears a little drunk or something and is wearing a black jacket and hood, is harassing people and yelling about respect. Advised that he is now harassing the neighbor. Officers had contact and were out with the male.

Sunday, Jan. 25

Missing persons
La Capilla - 1:30 a.m.
Caller advised that they haven't had contact with his sister since 6 p.m. and they found her vehicle on the dirt road by La Capilla, and advised dispatch of her boyfriend's name.

Caller advised there is a kit for an officer that needs to be picked up.

Caller advised that she can hear a female yelling at a child and it sounds like she is threatening him. Officer had contact and advised units clear/everything is okay.

Caller advised that they want two homeless individuals, one male and one female, removed from the property and issued CTWs. Officer had contact with the two and issued indefinite CTWs to both.

Caller advised her vehicle was keyed while at work.

Caller advised that he wants his son removed from his property as he is causing problems. Officer advised clear/son left.

Leslie Road
Caller advised that while she was asleep her ex-boyfriend broke into her home and took her wallet and some other belongings. Officer advised that upon arrival the caller could not make a statement that was consistent. Statements she had made didn't have evidence that the suspect was inside the residence. Officer advised a welfare check was made on her and officer left.

Stolen motor vehicle
Elias Street
Caller advised that he let a named individual test drive a dirt bike and he has not returned it for over an hour now. Officer advised clear/ATL was issued for the bike/ if bike is not returned by tomorrow caller will report it stolen.

Intoxicated persons
Canal Street
Caller advised that a highly intoxicated, unknown, male is on her front porch. Officer had contact with intoxicated male. Caller called back advising that the male is back on her porch still highly intoxicated. Officer advised units clear/male left upon request. Caller called back advising that he is back on her porch at this time.

Domestic disturbance
Virginia Street
Caller advised that a named male will not leave her alone and that she is trying to leave and he will not let her go. Advised negative on weapons or drugs. Officer advised en route to 17th Street with female.
