Caller advised that a named male is on scene trying to fight his nephew. Advised that it is verbal at this time. Officer advised that subject left prior to arrival.

Caller advised that two females were arguing in the parking lot in front of the Video Stop, but already left.

Caller advised that the mother of a named individual is outside causing problems in reference to the individual being taken into custody.

Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised that a male drove a white Chevy pickup through their front lawn and when he tried to stop the driver to tell him it wasn't a road, the driver tried to run him over.

Caller advised his dirt bike has not been returned, and he needs to report it stolen.

Caller advised she can hear a female screaming in the area. Officers had contact with three juvis on Montana who were just horseplaying. Officers also spoke with others who advised they didn't hear anything.

Caller advised a male is living in a van and he has been moving the van up and down the street. Advised he is not causing problems, but more people are starting to stay there. Officer advised male to move the vehicle and that code enforcement will probably be out tomorrow to speak with him.

Caller advised her 16-year-old son is refusing to go home with her. Advised he is at his grandmother's and is threatening suicide, if he has to live with caller.

Caller advised that a Hispanic homeless couple is sleeping on the sidewalk on the side of the building and will not leave. Advised that they have food and everything they need but are refusing to leave. Officer advised couple left upon request.

Caller advised a female stole a bottle of liquor, ran toward Little Caesar's, and left in a car.

Vehicle burglary

Caller advised someone broke into his white Ford F150 and took several items, including $20 in cash and possibly his checkbook.

Caller advised that there is very loud music at the top of the hill coming from a trailer with all its lights on. Officer advised them to keep it down for the night.

Caller advised a named male kept going over tonight and harassing him, and he kept it up all night and morning.

Tuesday, Jan. 27

Panhandler
915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that two males are trying to sell CDs to customers, and she has already asked them to leave and they haven't. Officer advised that the two were asked to leave.

Battery
Bremen Street
Caller advised that her son-in-law tried pushing his way into the house, and he knocked her down. Advised he is no longer on scene. Second party is at SCPD requesting a civil standby to retrieve his daughter's belongings. Officers made contact.

Loud music
S. Pinos Altos Street
Caller advised that a male in a small red pickup is playing really loud music. Officer advised that they did turn the music down upon request.

Domestic disturbance
N. Silver Street
Caller requested an officer to remove her brother and father from her residence. Advised they are causing problems, but it's all verbal at this time. Officer advised subject did leave for a while.

Caller advised that her neighbor suffers from mental illness and caller has not seen her for over a week and cannot get hold of her. Officer had negative contact with neighbor at her apartment or at GRMC.

Caller advised that a person is lying in a cove with a shopping cart. Caller advised that she was just driving by. Officer had contact with person.

Caller advised that a female left her 6-year-old male child at Walmart. Caller advised that the female got into an altercation with another person, took the child to the front, stated she is leaving the kid there, and took off.

Wednesday, Jan. 28

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that two people are under a blanket on the corner where the air machine is. Advised that there is also a grocery cart there. Advised that he wants them checked on and also asked to leave.

1814 N. Swan Street
Caller advised that a male in a black beanie stole cigarettes and took off toward McDonalds. Officer advised will ATL subject.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
N. Texas Street
Caller advised that it appears a cinder block was thrown at her vehicle.

Caller advised that a license plate was stolen from their pickup.

110 S. Bullard Street
Caller advised that 10-15 homeless people are hanging out in the back parking lot and have been asked to leave but are refusing. Officer advised that both subjects left upon request.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised that a nurse is trying to check on an elderly male at Space * and no one is coming to the door and may be an unattended death. Officer advised entry was made but no contact with elderly male.

Domestic disturbance
Caller advised that a named male is causing problems with her and will not let her leave. Officer had negative contact. Another officer spoke with caller who stated she was actually driving away when the male jumped on her vehicle but she got away.

Caller advised that a male is in the back office refusing to give his name but not causing problems. Officer arrested male and released him on a CTA.

Caller advised that two males are drinking in the ditch. Officer advised send EMS for signed refusal on a 35-year-old male/no lights or sirens.

Shoplifting

Caller advised that a named male stole some shoes and is in the back office. Officer advised that male was released on a CTA.

Weapons fired
E. Pine and Street and Kimberly Drive
Caller advised they heard about three gunshots then heard a vehicle leaving west on Pine.

Caller advised a named female is outside throwing things and cursing. Officer advised that everything is OK, it's just "named female."

Caller advised that the female is back inside the store trying to use other people's IDs to buy Green Dot Cards. Officer advised that female left upon request.

Caller advised that they could hear a female yelling, "Let me go," and then running toward Cooper Street. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that her intoxicated mother is hitting her in front of caller's child.

Caller advised that a male and a female are fighting inside a vehicle, and it is both verbal and physical.

Caller advised a 29-year-old male may have overdosed on medication/unknown if he was drinking. Caller advised that she is not with male but she heard this from another friend. Officer had negative contact.

203 W. Victoria Street
Caller advised that two males are sitting outside and smoking what caller believes to be weed. Officer had contact and advised it was just two named males smoking out back.

Harassment
111 S. Texas Street
Caller advised that a named individual is harassing her. Officer issued the individual a criminal trespass warning for 30 days to the Gospel Mission and a residence next door.

Loud music
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that the apartment upstairs has really loud music, and it's disturbing her daughter who has a really bad migraine. Officer spoke to the tenants.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that one adult male and one adult female are in the back not causing problems. Officer advised contact was made and citations to appear were issued to the pair.

Fight

Caller advised that a first-named girl was just jumped/unknown where the other girl went. Caller then advised that no one is around now and go ahead and cancel.

Caller advised that a young male wearing a dark hoodie was caught trying to break into the residence. Advised he jumped the fence when he saw caller.

Caller advised one shot and the ricochet off the pavement was heard. Officer had negative contact.

Fight

Caller advised that four men are fighting. Officer advised it was a fight between brothers/everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle
Hudson and 8th streets
Officer advised that the owner of a vehicle that is parked next to Taylor Truck and Auto has an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in reference to animal citations with a $3,000 bond. Officer advised will be busy while she finds arrangements for her vehicle and then will be en route to jail.

Caller advised that the people at the top of the cul de sac are playing loud music again, and they are always doing this. Officer advised a CTA was issued.

Caller advised a named male has a gun to her friend's head and disconnected the line. A callback from dispatch had no contact. Officers out with two individuals.
