Caller advised that a black Japanese-style car is heading west like the cars in Fast and the Furious.

Caller advised that a former tenant broke into the shed to get the rest of his belongings.

Larceny
Freeport McMoRan - North Hurley
Caller advised scrap metal stolen. Advised need four-wheel drive to get there.

Harassment
Mobile Drive
Caller advised his 14-year-old stepson is threatening to kill him. Deputy cited conflict of interest and advised contact New Mexico State Police.

Assault
North Hurley
Caller advised that his first-named friend pulled a knife on him and took $400 dollars from him.
Advised that he is now at The Penjamo waiting for the deputy.

Domestic disturbance
N. Basalt
Caller advised that his 25-year-old son who is schizophrenic cut his father. Advised subject is violent and aggressive. Negative on a weapon at this time.

Battery
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a male started fighting with her daughter and she is bleeding from her nose. Deputy advised EMS is looking at female now.

Saturday, Feb. 7

Welfare check
Whispering Hills Road
Caller advised that her brother is not allowing any family members to check on or talk to her parents. Advised brother is on drugs and very abusive. Advised she heard that her mother was very depressed. Further advised that this is ongoing problem with respect to a will.

Harassment
Grand Mesa
Caller advised that her neighbor is harassing her 5-year-old son and making him cry. Deputy spoke to both parties and they were told to leave each other alone.

Stolen vehicle
Bear Mountain Road
Caller advised that his father is elderly and believes the vehicle was stolen from Bear Mountain.

Larceny
Farley Road - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a bowling ball was stolen from her front porch.

Sunday, Feb. 8

Domestic disturbance
Racetrack Road
Caller advised that her 16-year-old son just got home drunk and is very disrespectful, but not physical. Caller advised that she did slap him.

Request officer
Maplewood Circle
Caller advised that the son next door keeps climbing on her roof in the night and wants officers to go tell him to knock it off. Deputy advised no evidence of it and no one matching the description living there/clear.

Domestic disturbance
Alamo Street and Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male and herself are arguing. Advised male has been drinking/no children. Deputies made contact and dropped off female at Snappy Mart.

Whiskey Creek Airport Road
Caller advised that her son won't let her see her grandson. Deputy advised son has an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in bond amount of $200.

Stolen motor vehicle
Mathers Road
Caller advised that his father found his truck and it is home. Deputy advised it was never stolen/clear.

Weapons fired
Saddlerock Canyon Road - Cliff
Caller advised that someone is behind her home shooting. Advised that she has heard about 12 shots, but has not seen anyone. Caller called back and advised that it's gotten out of control - that more shots are being fired from different types of guns. Caller called back and advised that they are leaving in a pickup headed toward Highway 180 with an ATV following.

Caller advised that her daughter is sending text messages that she wants to take pills and has given up on life. Deputy advised he made contact with juvi, who was just playing. Advised the father stated he would take her to the ER if needed and he would sit down and speak with her as well.

Caller from Luna County Dispatch advised that they cannot get hold of runaway's parents and request a deputy to attempt to make contact. Advised they have juvi in custody. Deputies made contact with parents and gave them a contact number.
