Voters in Council District 1 and Council District 3 may vote Absentee by mail by calling the Town Clerk's office at 534-6346. Voters may vote Early on a paper ballot counted by the vote tabulator machine at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway Ave., until February 27, 2015 during regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday).
