A huge thanks to the WNMU Nursing Department for coming and conducting their health fair this last Friday. They were able to check blood pressure, sugar levels, etc for lot of people who might not get in to see a doctor on a regular basis.

Their next scheduled fair will be Friday, March 20, in the soup kitchen.

And the WNMU Kinesiology Club conducted their first nutrition and welness class with a pretty good turnout-thanks guys for putting your time into this!

And HMS came in to assist anyone who needed to get in to see the Dr. and the Department of Health came in to give flu shots.

    • Emergency shelter open between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm

Showers and Laundry: 8:30 am -11:30 am

Food bank, clothing bank and thrift store: 8:30 am-5:30 pm / Saturday 8:30-Noon

• Case workers are available to pray with you and help you out in other ways
• Food, clothing, and household goods donations are accepted at the front door between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm every Monday through Friday
• Drop by for a tour if you want a behind the scenes look or want to volunteer
