Caller advised that an elderly couple are standing outside the Grinder Mill arguing, and the male asked caller to call the police. Officer made contact and the male advised he no longer wants anything to do with the female, and that he wants her to leave him alone. Male further advised that they were engaged but that ended, and he does not want to talk about it at all although she does. Officer advised female that male wants her to leave . . .

Battery
S. Texas Street
Caller advised a named female hit him in the head and when caller told the female's husband to control her, the husband told him to go outside.

Fight
N. Gold and E. 6th streets
Caller advised multiple subjects fighting in the street and one couple walking away. Second caller named one subject. Officer made contact with witnesses who advised they did not know who the subjects were.

315 S. Hudson Street
Caller advised that she needs a ride to El Refugio as her ex-husband is circling the parking lot, and she cannot leave. Officer advised en route to El Refugio with one female passenger.

Unwanted subject
UPS
Caller advised that a named individual is asking customers for money. Officer advised subject left prior to arrival.

Leslie Road
Caller advised that she is concerned for her 9-month-old nephew as the last time she saw her niece she was very high on some kind of narcotic.

Vehicle burglary
714 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that someone got into her vehicle and stole some items. Advised the vehicle was not locked.

Unwanted subject
1060 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male in his 20s keeps going in and cussing at the employees. Advised that he is outside at this time looking in. Officer advised the male left the business already.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two juvis were caught stealing water and drinking what they stole. Advised they were causing problems and left walking and got in the back of a gray Camaro. Officer advised traffic stop in the Walgreen's parking lot.

Tuesday, Feb. 24

Loud music
121 W. 12th Street
Caller advised that a vehicle is at the carwash with its music extremely loud. Officer made contact and advised she is going to turn it off.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male in his late 20s tried to steal four packages of meat and caller has the bag the male used to steal. Officer advised out at Albertsons/negative on a report.

Shoplifting
809 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a named male stole some burritos about 10 minutes ago and left on foot. Officer advised contact was made and a CTW was issued.

Breaking and entering
W. Market Street
Caller advised that he arrived home to find his garage door kicked in/unknown if anything is missing as he just rents and doesn't have access to the garage.

Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that her 9-year-old son got really upset with her and took off on foot and she cannot locate him. Caller called back advising that she just found her son. Officer advised that everything is OK/clear.

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that two kids, a male and a named female, about 13 years of age, appeared to be panhandling. Caller advised that the female is a student at La Plata. Officer advised negative contact.

N. Silver Street
Caller advised that his ex is calling him and making threats and causing problems. Caller advised that he has everything recorded what she is telling him.

Domestic disturbance
Unknown location
Caller advised that his ex tried to run him off the road with her vehicle and then line disconnected. Caller called back advising that his phone was dying and then disconnected again. Dispatch advised that the first call logged out at Highway 180/Hilltop and second call off of Rosedale Road and Highway 180. Officer advised negative contact at a Newsham Street address.

Wednesday, Feb. 25

Reckless driver
3785 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a white pickup can't maintain lanes or speed. Officer made contact with vehicle and advised driver has two outstanding warrants, one out of New Mexico State Police - Luna County and another out of this agency.

Harassment
E. 11th Street
Officer advised that a female stated last night that her daughter received messages on Facebook which read, "May you rest in peace" and "Your a dirty hoe bitch" Female stated her daughter is 16 and the messager is 22. Officer advised that contact was made with both and both stated they would leave . . .

Domestic disturbance
W. Market Street
Caller advised that a 12-year-old female is causing problems at this time. Officer advised that everything is okay, mom is taking her to her appointment right now.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named female is in the store. Officer advised that a Walmart loss prevention employee advised CTW could be lifted.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that she is being harassed. Officer advised caller stated she has been harassed multiple times by a named male.

Missing persons
3400 N. Silver Street
Caller advised that a 13-year-old named male was supposed to walk home on Cardinal after school and he never made it home. Caller advised that the child was found/they just moved here and the child took a wrong turn and got lost. Officer had contact and advised everything was OK.

Intoxicated persons
N. Texas and W. Yankie streets
Caller advised that a male is sitting in the middle of the roadway. Officer made contact with male who was sitting on the sidewalk on Texas and Market/he was heading home to Grant Street.

Domestic disturbance
Canal Street
Caller advised that someone would not let her sister go then disconnected the line. Officer advised everything is good here.

Intoxicated driver
Fox Field
Caller advised that a Chevy Trailblazer turned east on 32nd Street from Swan Street and cannot maintain the lane and is all over the roadway. Officer advised traffic stop at Silver Health Care/clear/everything is OK.

Criminal trespass warning
Little Walnut Road
Caller requested to put a CTW on a named male for her home and for her work. Advised that he is just always bugging her. Officer had negative contact.

Thursday, Feb. 26

Fraud/embezzlement
1600 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that a patient falsified a prescription. Officer advised that a patient marked out the date on a prescription and wrote in another date and attempted to fill the prescription at Walgreens. Officer advised the pharmacist voided the prescription for Percoset and called the doctor's office.

Panhandler
304 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that a man is outside carrying a bottle of vodka and asking for money. Officer had contact.

Domestic disturbance
17th Street
Caller advised that her brother-in-law is going crazy. Advised it is physical and kids are present. Advised he hit her sister and her. Dispatcher can hear subject just yelling and cursing. Officer advised to send ambulance for a subject who was tased and to get a county unit with an SUV. Officer further advised transporting an arrest to SCPD. Another officer advised transporting first officer's arrest to GRMC.

1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male did not steal anything but put the merchandise back and then left. Caller asked that an indefinite CTW be issued.

SCPD
Walk-in advised that he was served with an order of protection from his wife and her father keeps sending him harassing texts.

910 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that because they had to close the lobby an hour early a male became upset because he was not able to sit and dine in. Advised the male called employees vulgar names, threatened to slash their tires, and threatened to slash one of the employee's throats. Advised the male is no longer there.
