Monday, Feb. 23

Suspicious vehicle
Elguea Street - Hurley
Vehicle with doors open. Deputy advised that caller is going to be securing all doors/everything seems to be OK/they are checking to see if anything is missing.

Weapons fired
Cottage San Road
Caller advised that his wife heard one gun shot and saw someone running. Deputy advised everything is OK/did attempt to locate/will increase patrol throughout the shift.

Missing persons
Highway 180 - Buckhorn
Caller advised that his 27-year-old wife has been missing since yesterday morning with his vehicle and wallet. Caller advised that he believes she may be in Deming and is possibly under the influence of drugs.

Caller advised his ex-wife showed up at his house trying to take the kids from him, and she does not have a place to stay. Advised that the kids are a 4-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl. Advised that they are going through a divorce right now and have filed for joint custody, although he is keeping the kids fulltime. Deputy made contact with caller.

Aspen Street - San Lorenzo
Caller advised that a vehicle is at a vacant house next door, and there is not supposed to be anyone there. Advised someone is trying to unlock the gate and saw someone with a flashlight jump the gate and walk toward the house. Caller called back advising that the subjects left already.

W. Highway 180
Caller advised that she could hear someone or something knocking on the side of her trailer, and she is home alone and afraid to look. Deputy had negative contact with anyone.

Tuesday, Feb. 24

Domestic disturbance
Geronimo Street - North Hurley
Caller advised that the mom's boyfriend was fighting with the mother/all verbal/but pulled a gun on her and is leaving in her vehicle. Caller advised that the boyfriend has been drinking and is out of the vehicle at this time. Deputies switching to Bayard frequency.

New Mexico Game and Fish Department
Old Arenas Valley Road
Dead deer on side of road. G&F officer advised able to get somebody to look at deer for pick up off the meat list.

Criminal trespass

Walk-in advised that she wants an indefinite CTW issued to a named male.

Domestic disturbance
Artcher Road
Open line and dispatcher can hear a male and a female arguing. Deputy advised it is between a male and a female with the same last name. Deputy advised it is verbal only/female left for the day.

Mountain View Road and Golf Course
Caller advised that her friend's 15-year-old brother is threatening suicide and sent pictures of him holding a gun to his head. Caller advised that the brother's mother is an alcoholic and that the brother drinks at least two beers a day and does weed.

Caller advised that he wants a restraining order against a named female in reference to threats that have been made toward him. Advised that the female was a mutual friend of caller and his boyfriend. The boyfriend now lives with the female, and she has taken caller's clothes and phones.

Caller advised that they received a third party call advising of a break-in of a residence. Caller called back advising that the female who first called them called back to say everything is OK, nothing was broken into, and she does not need law enforcement.

Paloma Street - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that she could see a fire going back there, that keeps going on and off at times, at the dead end of Paloma Street. Deputy advised the fire is contained within a fire ring and everything is okay.

Wednesday, Feb. 25

Disturbance
Hanover Creek Road - Fierro
Caller advised that a lot of kids are at the house next door, they are busting out the windows, and caller can hear a lot of yelling and screaming. Deputy advised that the address is actually on Fierro Road and that Motor 3 and NMSP are going as well. Advised to ATL for a white Cadillac.

Domestic disturbance
Bayard
Caller advised a male and a female are struggling for keys at a stop sign. Deputies had contact at Grant/Walnut and advised neither party is being cooperative.

Deputy advised possible embezzlement from Jump Rope for Heart.

Acorn Drive - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her neighbor dug on caller's side of the fence. Deputy advised that a hole about one foot deep, one foot wide, and eight feet long was observed. Deputy advised caller this was a matter that needed to be resolved in court.

Caller advised that they have been shooting since yesterday. Deputy made contact with caller and advised heard one shot possibly from the hill area.

Domestic disturbance
Manzana Rojo - Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that he is fighting with his girlfriend about his not being able to get a job because of his criminal background. Caller advised that it is all verbal, they both have been drinking, and they are going to bed. Deputy made contact and advised that if they need anything else to call, and they will go back.

Caballero Drive - SW Horseman's Rodeo
Caller advised that a named male is causing problems and when asked to leave did so at a high rate of speed. Caller advised that the male was there trying to speak to caller's daughter. Deputy advised to ATL for vehicle and if contacted to stop him and advise to stay away from this location.

Thursday, Feb. 26

Accident - injuries
Railroad Drive
One vehicle rollover/one male possibly hurt/vehicle rolled several times. High priority/accident.

Larceny
Bridle Road
Caller advised that someone is stealing her electricity.

Welfare check
Hanover Creek Road - Hanover
Caller, who does truancy for Cobre Consolidated Schools, wants a check on two children, 10 and 12 years of age, who have not been to school since November. Deputies advised that it sounds like someone is in the house and will be attempting to get more information.

Larceny
Mobile Drive
Caller advised that her 18-year-old son just stole her medication to trade for weed and that he is walking up Mobile Drive. Deputy advised that caller has a valid warrant, extraditable, out of Bernalillo County.

North Hurley Road
Caller advised that two females are on the property, and they are not supposed to be there, and caller wants CTWs issued. Deputies advised no one at residence and all windows and doors secure. Advised out at Cottonwood with one of the females who stated she was at the property but did not enter, and that she still had personal property in . . .

Mobile Drive
Caller advised that she was on the phone with her mother when there was a bang at the door/call was disconnected and caller has not been able to get back in contact with her mother. Deputies advised GCSD units were already there in reference to a 911 and had cleared five minutes prior. Advised units back en route. Advised that mother is fine/was advised to call her daughter.
