Deputy advised to notify U.S. Forest Service of the location of a red 1991 Ford pickup with a load of wood and no visible permit.

Caller advised that the propane cage was cut open and propane was stolen sometime last night.

Criminal damage to property
PA water tank - Radio Tower Road
Caller from water department advised there is some vandalism there. Deputy set up frequent patrol for next two months.

Redrock Road
Caller advised that a named female keeps texting and harassing him. Deputy advised clear/negative contact/ left message.

Caller advised that a named male is threatening caller's 9-year-old child by saying he is going to burn the house down where the child lives. Deputy made contact with caller.

Tuesday, March 3

Breaking and entering
Caller advised that the Hamilton Construction yard was broken into. Unknown if anything was taken.

Fraud/embezzlement

An employee stole money.

Caller advised that her son just left in her 1997 maroon Nissan Pathfinder, and she wants her car returned and she does not want him in her home any longer. GCSD gave information to Silver City Police Department that if vehicle is located return to owner.

Caller is worried about his mom. Advised that she just called him and said that her son is acting up again. Deputy advised all units clear. Mother did agree to the son sleeping in the garage tonight. Everything seems OK.

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that her baby's daddy just hit her while she was feeding the 2-week-old baby. Advised that a named male is baby's daddy. Advised that he hit her in the back of the head and on her back and slapped her across the face. Further advised that she is at the neighbor's house. Caller declined medical assistance.

Caller advised of graffiti on a tire at the observation point.

Caller advised that a male attempted to purchase alcohol and was highly intoxicated. Advised driver left headed toward the Tri-City.

Caller advised that her parents are getting phone calls from Jamaica and they rack up a large phone bill.

Unwanted subject
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised that a named male is being physically abusive to her home and to herself and wants him removed. Deputy responded and advised that all lights are off and no one is answering the door.

Breaking and entering
Copper Crest Gold Course
Golf course/maintenance building. Deputy advised that upon arriving on scene could see movement in the trees. May have been a B&E in progress.
