Caller advised that a male with a ponytail and wearing a gray beanie is drinking on the side of her house and keeps crossing in her yard. Advised that he is heading toward HMS and looking in all the cars. Advised that she told him not to, and he got rude with her. Officers made contact with male at Q's Bistro parking lot and issued an indefinite criminal trespass warning for that location.

Caller advised that a 10-year-old male was last seen wearing a camo jacket and heading toward Mi Casita. Officer advised that so far negative contact/will continue to attempt to locate.

Caller now wants to place CTWs on her sons. Officer issued indefinite CTWs for both.

Harassment
Leslie Road
Caller advised that the tenants in the apartment above her keep making noise. Officer advised caller to call central dispatch when the noise is occurring, and police will take action at that time.

Assault
Leslie Road
Caller advised that she was just assaulted with a broomstick by the person that lives underneath her. Advised that her head was killing her. Officers advised that EMS is en route for a female that is bleeding from the nose/alert and breathing. Officer had contact with both subjects.

Caller advised there are two subjects with a dog by the light.

Caller advised that a male is in the ditch behind the office screaming. Advised the male is huffing paint and is wearing a black jacket. Officer made contact and released male on a citation to appear.

200 W. Broadway
Caller advised a male is living in his brown van behind the hotel causing problems and caller doesn't want him there. Officer made contact with the male and advised that the van is parked correctly and everything is okay.

Intoxicated person
514 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that a male is causing problems and refusing to leave. Advised that the male just walked out. Officer advised negative contact.

Yucca Street
Caller advised that the father of her children was sending some strange texts and suicide messages stating he couldn't do this anymore. Advised that she has not been able to contact him for an hour and a half.

Officer out at a Silver Street address and advised units clear/they will keep it down for the night.

Saturday, March 7

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold Street
Caller advised that they want a named male to leave as they have been fighting all day. Advised officers to come without lights and sirens. Officer advised units clear/male left.

Harassment
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a pickup cut him off then followed him to Walmart. Officer advised both parties to leave each other alone/unit clear.

Serinna Court
Caller advised that the sensor lights are on in the back yard, and the home is vacant. Officer advised that everything is okay at this address.

Intoxicated persons
Pinos Altos Road at Mando's
Caller advised that three males are walking toward McDonalds. Officer made contact with the three in front of the body shop.

Caller advised that a male who was crossing the street seemed to be very confused and two cars nearly hit him. Officer advised that the male is okay.

Officer advised that contact was made and the male was told he could not be panhandling and he advised that he would call it a day and go home for the night.

Male left the store. Blue Cadillac. Bottle of liquor. Advised that he put something in the trunk. Black long sweater and jeans. Walking toward Arbys. Now he is in a gray T-shirt. Request a CTW for the male. Officer advised one male in front of CarQuest.

Caller advised that her neighbor has been pounding on her window and saying strange things to her. Caller advised an officer on scene that her neighbor is freaking her out because she keeps knocking on her door and knocking on her windows telling her that she is hacking into her phones and cheating on her with her boyfriend. Advised that she is afraid of her and doesn't want to have any contact with her because she keeps talking nonsense.

Officer advised that contact was made with the homeowner/advised that there is property that does not belong to her that is in the yard/will be taking it to SCPD.

Alabama Street
Caller advised that her husband will not leave her alone, and she wants him to leave. Advised that they have been arguing since last night when they both were drinking. Advised one child is in the house/negative on weapons. Officer advised negative an anything physical/male took off.

Fowler Avenue and E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that a male is lying down at the 4-way stop. Second caller advised that a young boy all in black is lying on the hospital side of the street by the stop signs. Officer made contact and advised that he was just taking a little rest, and he is on his way back home/clear.

Cielo Azul Street
Caller advised that her son's girlfriend is causing problems and needs to leave, and she won't go. Officer advised to send EMS for a 38-year-old female who is having anxiety and is not very coherent/breathing and alert/no lights and sirens.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised that someone broke out the window on his pickup and the jack that was used is still inside the pickup. Advised that it does not look like anything was taken.

Caller advised that his mother is very intoxicated and is destroying the house. Advised negative on children or weapons. Caller advised he is trying to get away from her but she keeps following him. Officer made contact with caller and advised it was all verbal and the male is leaving for the day.

Officer made contact with a male who was lying down, who advised he was okay and was just lying on the ground resting, and then walked away.

710 Silver Heights Blvd. - 4 p.m.
Caller advised that a man is lying down on the sidewalk of the Drifter right by the old bar (see above entry). Officer made contact and advised that the man refused evaluation at GRMC and went home for the evening.

Caller advised that a 50-year-old male who was hallucinating said he had knives but that caller hid them. Caller advised the male said he is ready to kill somebody if they come over there. Officer advised that the male was being transported voluntarily to GRMC by ambulance.

E. 20th and N. Swan streets
Caller advised that two young males and two females are in the corner of the road and one male has a baseball bat and that one male threw another male down on the ground. Officer had negative contact with any fight or any individuals in the area.

Caller advised that they saw a person on the ground in the small street between Pizza Hut and the Auto Zone area, and the person was not moving. Officers made contact with a male on Hwy 180/Grant who was released from GRMC and walking home. Advised the male was given a ride to his residence.

Caller advised that a first-named male is being violent and throwing things at her. Officer advised sending ambulance/awake and breathing/mental issues/negative lights and sirens.

Caller called and hung up. Caller called back and advised to send officers/advised domestic. Officer advised male had an outstanding warrant out of Sandoval County.
