Caller advised that a male, possibly homeless, is lying down covered with a blanket. Officer spoke with properties and advised that they said it was OK if he stayed there.

Domestic disturbance
1740 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that it appeared a couple is having a verbal altercation in the parking lot. Officer advised that everything is OK/it's just verbal.

Harassment
N. Silver Street
Officer made contact and advised both parties to leave each other alone and not call or message each other anymore. Advised that a criminal trespass warning was issued to a named female and to her mom as well.

Domestic disturbance
Canal Street - 9 p.m.
Caller advised that, after hearing a lot of yelling and crashing in the trailer, caller advised that a male threw a female outside and slapped both females. Caller advised that one female said she was OK but unknown about the other.

Harassment
Bosworth Drive
Caller advised that she was verbally threatened today at Food Basket by a named male. Caller advised that she already has a CTW for the male at her residence but will pursue a restraining order as well.

Canal Street - 10 p.m.
Caller advised that a couple is fighting and advised that the named male should not be in Grant County. Further advised that it sounds like the male is throwing the female, then hung up. Officer advised negative contact at location.

Caller advised that a named male called to say someone is messing with his tent while he is trying to sleep.

Texas Street @ Javalina
Caller advised that a named individual is stalking and harassing her. Officers had contact and advised that the individual is trying to lie down on the couch outside.

Tuesday, April 7

Disturbance
Leslie Road
Caller advised that her neighbors are fighting and the male is hitting on the female and she is yelling "Help me" and "Don't hit me." Officer advised clear/change domestic to disturbance.

Welfare check
Grant County Sheriff's Office
Caller from GCSO advised that he received a call from a named male and tried to call back several times but no one answered. Advised that he is concerned for the safety of a former foster child of his. Officer advised went to a Hurley address.

Visitor Center
Caller advised that some males were in the parking lot drinking. Officer advised contact was made with three males sitting on the park bench on the east end of the bridge/all three were eating lunch and drinking sodas/negative on drinking alcohol.

Yelling was heard. Officer advised contact was made and the yelling was an argument over an EBT card/Officer gave both subjects a ride home.

Caller advised that a named male was behind the store lighting fireworks. Officer ATL through the Big Ditch to issue a CTW for the Silver City Food Coop and Gai Pinto/negative contact.

Caller advised that she came to check on her boyfriend's house, and it seems to have been broken into.

Caller advised that her 15-year-old grandson took her 2010 Pontiac G6 without permission and he does not have a license. Officer advised the vehicle was returned while the officer was at the address and no charges will be filed, but the grandson was given a lecture on taking vehicles without permission and the consequences.

Caller advised that a named male with a CTW for the Snappy Marts is there. Officer advised that the male was issued a citation to appear and reissued a CTW.

Caller advised that she can hear a lot of yelling and screaming, and it sounds like it's getting physical. Officer advised negative contact at the address given.

Caller advised that he knows the female driver of a blue Subaru is drunk. Officer had negative contact with vehicle.

A 19-year-old male caller advised that he just got jumped, and his jaw is hurt and he is coughing up blood, then disconnected from 911. Officer advised that subject was transported by EMS.

Subjects left the area upon request.

Caller advised that her neighbor wants her evicted and is making false complaints.

Highway 180 @ ACE
Caller advised that she hit the deer and left and the deer is in the roadway. Advised that her light popped out but it pops back in. Officer advised that the deer was moved.

Alabama Street - 2 a.m.
Caller advised that she is fighting with her husband, and she is outside in her underwear because he locked her out. Advised that they all have been drinking. Officer advised on scene and male is outside . . .

Caller advised that a male is yelling and a female is screaming. Officer had contact and advised this was a verbal domestic/female did take off/she did not want to speak to them.

Caller advised that a named male is now outside caller's window cussing, yelling and calling caller a whore, then disconnected. Officers advised units clear/male left prior to arrival/if he returns to give us a call.

Little Walnut Road and Indiana Street
Caller advised that he hit a deer and broke both its back legs but it did crawl out of the roadway. Officer advised G&F was notified then officer put the deer down. Officer advised one gunshot.

Caller advised that a named male is on his property, and he is not wanted there. Advised that he has left.

40th Street
Caller advised that her porch/patio furniture was stolen over the Easter weekend and believes she knows who did it.

Accident - property damage
N. Hudson and E. 12th streets
Caller advised that she was just rear-ended in her red Santa Fe by a tan Tahoe.

Domestic disturbance
N. Corbin Street
Caller advised that two female neighbors are fighting again. Officer advised send for ambulance for a 20-year-old female who is conscious/breathing/no chest pain/bleeding from left hand but not severe/no lights and sirens.

Caller advised that a female transient appears to be off her meds. Advised that she is talking to herself and approaching people and making them feel uncomfortable. Officer believed the identity was known but had negative contact.

Caller advised that a named individual is there, and he wants an indefinite CTW issued.

Caller advised that a named male is outside trying to hit people up for money. Officer patrolled area of Bullard, Hudson, Broadway and Texas with negative contact.

Caller advised that a named male hit her and took her car keys and cellphone, and locked her out.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male wearing khaki pants and blue jacket, and tattooed up, stuffed a bottle of alcohol under his shirt and got in a yellow Ford Focus hatchback and took off. Caller believes it was a named male from Santa Clara.

Caller advised that a big man was getting belligerent and left in a white car toward Walmart.

Caller advised that a homeless male is lying on the ground and appears to be sick and the other two are just standing around him. Officer made contact and advised that all stated they were okay and just sitting down.

Walk-in advised that her 23-year-old daughter has not been in contact for about a month and they heard that she had been jumped. Advised that they received a disturbing phone call stating she has been hurt.

Caller advised that they have asked him multiple times to turn it down and he has not, and it's keeping her daughter awake. Officer advised that he will lower the music for the rest of the night.

Thursday, April 9

1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that he has a suspicious puncture wound to his left forearm. Advised that it looks to be a stab wound.

Domestic disturbance
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that a named female is fighting with her mother. Officer advised that the female was spoken with and stated that she was arguing with her mother over the female's boyfriend and stated she knew it was wrong to be in love with him as she is 15 and he is 23. Officer advised that the female was intoxicated and that the mother had left prior to arrival. Advised that the female stated that she would be moving back with her father in Albuquerque and that she would stay with her sister for the night.

Caller advised that a named intoxicated male just left stating that he needed some air. Officer advised that one was in protective custody/will be taken to GRMC for health evaluation.

Caller advised that a male is hitting the building and walking around the vehicles. Caller advised that when she started yelling at him he walked away. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that a named male walked into the court's front waiting room and lit a small piece of rope on fire and left. Advised that the rope burned on the carpet causing slight damage. They did not want any charges filed.

Caller advised that she found graffiti and chipping on the tile murals.

Caller advised that a female stole a pair of clippers and hair spray and left in a green '96 Chevy headed toward Walmart. Officers advised they would ATL for the vehicle.

Caller advised that her cousin is stealing her grandmother's checks.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male is running out of Walmart with a full basket of items. Advised that the male and a named female left in a blue Neon westbound.

33rd Street
Caller advised that an aggressive neighbor was shooting at birds with a BB gun earlier today. Officer advised setting up a frequent patrol.

909 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a homeless guy in a green shirt and dirty tan pants is harassing people. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Fraud/embezzlement
E. Highway 180
Caller advised that people in the drive-thru in a black Dodge pickup are trying to cash a bad check. Officer advised out with one with an outstanding warrant in the amount of $2,000 for battery on a household member. Other officers advised in pursuit of others by foot and vehicle.

Caller advised that two named individuals, renters who he had evicted and did not leave under good circumstances, are there and they are not supposed to be. Advised that they damaged much of the property and caller wants an indefinite CTW issued to the pair. Advised that they are no longer there.

520 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that a named male was in the store running up and down the aisle and collected some food and put it on the counter. Advised that customers witnessed him put some food in his pants, but unknown exactly what. Advised that they do not want to press charges but do want an indefinite CTW issued to him for the co-op.

Caller advised that a named male is walking across the highway trying to touch the vehicles as they are passing. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that a male keeps going in and out of his store. Advised that he has been asked to leave but he is not. Officer advised the male was issued a CTW for Family Dollar stores and was transported to the mission.

Caller advised that an extremely intoxicated male is lying down near the door to his business and is not moving. EMS was dispatched who transported him.
