The Town of Silver City Council has changed its next scheduled meeting to Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. They will not meet on Tuesday, April 28th. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda will include:

Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting on April 14, 2015

New Business: A. Approval / Disapproval of Public Celebration Permit Application for a Memorial Weekend Festival sponsored by Q's Southern Bistro, LLC. on May 22-2 3, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Pope Street and at 101 W. College Avenue, Silver City, NM. License Holder Information: Branding Iron Brewing Company, Owner Name: Q's Southern Bistro, LLC., 101 W. College Ave., Silver City, NM 88061.

B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2015-08: Declar ing the intent of the Town Council of the Town of Silver City, New Mexico to consider for adoption an Inducement Resolution authorizing and approving submission of an application for project approval to the New Mexico State Board of Finance for allocation of Qualified Conservation Bonds for the implementation of a Green Community Program and other qualified conservation projects; and directing the Town Manager, Town Finance Director, and Town Clerk to take necessary action in connection with the application to the New Mexico State Board of Finance.

C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2015-09: Establishing a Green Community Program for the benefits of the residents of Silver City.

D. Appointments to the Lodgers Tax Advisory Board.

E. Appointment to the Recycling Advisory Committee.
