Caller advised that a male was breaking windows in her home and punched her in the stomach and the leg and left in a blue BMW. Advised that three children are in the home. Deputy advised send ambulance for a 32-year-old female conscious, breathing, no lights or sirens. Deputies ATLd in the area with negative contact.

Walk-in advised that his neighbors have for the last 3-4 years been dumping trash against his fence. Advised that he reported this to Gilbert Helton the code enforcement officer and his neighbor stopped and cleaned up the trash up until this weekend when he found underwear full of crap in his yard. He feels this is a health issue and is . . .

Highway 180 - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that he received a letter from the IRS saying that he needs to pay $3,500. Caller said when he looked at the letter there were 2 companies on it that he has never worked for. The companies were: Smokin-Spuds in Houston and Grower-Shipper Potato Co. with no address. After looking at the letter caller advised that he called the IRS and they told him he needed to file . . .

Caller advised that a named male is outside her residence and she does not want him there and wants a CTW placed on him. Deputy advised out in traffic stop with male.

Battery
Highway 152 near Santa Clara
Subjects are in the ER with a 12-year-old female who was accidently shot with a BB gun by her brother at the Manhattan Apartments.

Domestic disturbance
Amber Drive
Caller advised that she and her significant other got into a fight after a friend had dropped her off and that she had been drinking. Advised that she is now having a panic attack. Advised that it was verbal.

Hill Street - North Hurley
Caller advised that a named male is there and everything is torn up. Advised that he is threatening that if she leaves he is going to go to her family's house and start problems. Advised no weapons and no children. Deputy advised that everything was OK/male left before deputy arrived.

Caller advised that a shed had been damaged on the north side. Deputy advised that everything was OK/windows and doors secure.

Tuesday, April 21

New Mexico Game and Fish Department
Highway 90 @ Tyrone
Caller advised that an injured deer is on the west side of the road just north of Tyrone. NMG&F was notified.

Harassment
Chalcocite Street - Tyrone
Caller advised that she has been having a dispute with her neighbor for the past couple of days/advising this morning the neighbor has been playing music loudly and told the caller that she was going to do what she wanted.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller from CYFD advised they received a report that the home had no utilities and they want to make sure the environment is safe and suitable for the five children there, ages 11, 7, 5, 4, and 8 months. Deputy advised clear/negative contact with anyone. Advised that there was no power but there was a dog at the residence.

Saavedra Drive
Caller from CYFD requested welcheck on four children, ages 5, 3, 2, and 1, who are possibly left unattended. Deputy advised that everything is OK at the residence/clear.

Caller advised that he heard gunfire.

Larceny
Lance Drive - Silver Acres
Caller advised that she just returned home from being out of town to find her home had been burglarized.

Walk-in advised that her 12-year-old daughter has been receiving vulgar and threatening texts and they have notified the Silver Schools. Deputy had negative contact when attempting to call back the numbers.

Pinon Lane
Caller advised that a named female is on his property and she won't leave and is acting crazy. Advised that she is threatening him and yelling and screaming. Advised that she likes to hide in the bushes when she hears a vehicle coming.

Lake Roberts
Caller advised that he can hear rapid gunfire. Advised that the shooting stopped after a silver pickup took off headed south. Deputy patrolled to Camp Thunderbird with negative contact.

Mobile Drive
Caller advised that someone broke the back window and is trying to get in.

Galaz Street - San Lorenzo
Caller advised that a named female is on the property and they do not want her there, as she is causing tension in the home. Deputy advised that they are still married, and she has been living there for seven years. Another deputy advised them that the deputies cannot force them to leave, that the best thing to do is file for divorce. Advised that both of them should sleep separate tonight and if any more problems occur to call 911.

Deputy advised that a homeless male was issued a CTW, as he was involved in a shouting match with the veterinarian about his dog being sick.

Broken Arrow Drive
Caller from GRMC advised he would like a welcheck on a named male picked up by his son from the ER and caller wants to make sure he made it home and that he is in a safe environment. Deputy advised they made contact/clear.
Weapons fired
Highway 15 - MM 8
Caller advised that he heard about 500 shots from a large caliber. Deputy advised negative contact with any shooters or the sound of gunshots.

Thursday, April 23

Domestic disturbance
Pinon Street
Caller advised that she was involved in a domestic but does not want to give any info. Deputy advised they will follow caller to the home where the domestic occurred/clear.

Weapons fired
N. Swan Street
Caller advised that the shots seem to be coming from the Little Walnut Picnic Area. Deputy advised that contact was made with the shooter but he was in a safe area.

Welfare check
Racho Road - Lake Roberts
Caller advised that he and his partner had a dispute earlier today and he is not answering his phone. Advised that partner has dementia and has a firearm in the home. Caller requests dispatch to give him a call and maybe partner would pick up from a number he does not recognize.
