The Fort Bayard Historic Preservation Society will present walking tours of historic Fort Bayard on June 20 and 27 at 9:30 a.m. Participants are to meet at the Fort Bayard Museum which will be open from 9:15 - noon. Remember your caps or hats, and wear good walking shoes (not flip flops) and sunsceen. Although there is no fee, donations to support the preservation of Fort Bayard National Historic Landmark through educational projects, landscaping, and restoration are welcomed.

The museum will not be open and there will not be a tour on July 4th. However, if a private tour for your summer guests is on your list, please call 575-388-4477, 575-388-9123, or 575-574-8779.
