Caller advised that she sold a couch to a family member and they have been putting threats on her Facebook and passing by her house. Officer had contact with caller.

N. Hudson Street and E. Broadway
Caller advised that a male carrying a blue electric guitar stole the tip jar from the burrito stand at Broadway and Hudson. Advised that he is now at the dead end next to Millie's and the post office. Officers out with male and are issuing him an indefinite criminal trespass warning to the burrito stand/clear.

Caller advised that her 22-year-old grandson is causing problems and damaging her property/negative on drugs, alcohol or weapons. Officer advised that it was a verbal argument/grandson is leaving/clear.

Caller advised that sometime during the night a table was taken from where he sets up his booth.

Leslie Road
Caller advised that a first-named female neighbor is harassing and threatening caller's kids. Officer made contact/clear.

Welfare check
Highway 180 at Foxworth
Caller advised that a female with no shirt on is carrying an animal that is all that appears to be covering her chest. Officer had contact with female and advised that the female is OK/clear.

Larceny
North Loop
Caller advised that her son and his girlfriend were evicted from her residence and they took things that did not belong to them. Officer advised will take care of call when clear.

Intoxicated persons
12th and Grant streets
Caller advised that an intoxicated male is hanging over the fence and is now on the 12th Street bridge. Officer advised that the male got a ride from a friend and left the area/clear.

Larceny
N. Juniper Street
Caller advised that caller and caller's son are at Penny Park with the boy who stole bike from location. Officer made contact and placed the boy in, and released him from, investigative detention.

Welfare check
Leslie Road
Caller advised that a female is screaming and yelling as the female was checking her mail. Officer advised that she went back to her apartment and everything is OK.

Shoplifting
100 N. Rosedale Road
Caller advised that a male walked out with a vodka bottle headed toward his vehicle which is parked behind Dollar General. Officers advised they are on the west side of Walmart looking for male/walking up to animal clinic/next to vehicle.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
West Street
Caller advised that she was inside drinking coffee and came outside and saw that her front windshield has been broken.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male took two bottles of vodka and is now inside Arbys. Officer advised that one is in investigative detention and an indefinite CTW for Albertsons was issued. Officer also advised that male has an outstanding warrant out of magistrate court with a $1,500 bond for shoplifting.

Criminal damage to property
N. Silver Street
Caller advised that a vehicle is egging every vehicle on Silver Street/just passed dispatch/a four-door pickup with about 4 subjects. Officers advised they were on Pine and Silver when the call came in and they had negative contact.

W. College Avenue
Caller advised that a male is outside screaming that he is not a transvestite. Caller advised that male has mental issues and wants to make sure he is OK. Officer advised that the male could be heard yelling and playing music and when the officer spoke to the male he answered that he was not any louder than anyone else.

Caller advised that there is a disturbance downstairs next to the office.

Criminal damage to property
N. Juniper Street
Officer advised that three more vehicles were found that had been egged, but had negative contact with any of the three owners, nor with owners of three vehicles on Kimberly.

Wednesday, June 17

Disturbance
1120 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two females were fighting in the stairwell. Second caller advised that the girl punched him in the nose and started acting crazy. Officer had contact.

Domestic disturbance
Hester Street
Verbal domestic male subject very irate. Open line. No one will answer dispatcher. Female is telling male to leave. Male is refusing. Male is constantly yelling at female. Line disconnected. Line rang and disconnected. Line rang and disconnected. Eleven-year-old female, 13-year-old brother, 8-year-old sister. Child is crying saying her mom's boyfriend scaring them.

Caller advised that she needs her mom out of the house. Advised that she isn't causing problems but that she opened the door to her sister who caller does not allow in the house.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male stole a backpack full of merchandise and left on foot toward Tractor Supply. Officer advised "I have him right here." Advised that clothing and a backpack were stolen. Advised male in custody en route to Walmart.

Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised that a male with a CTW was inside the store. Officer advised the male was issued an indefinite CTW to CVS Pharmacy.

Caller advised that an aggressive male by the garden center is swinging at customers, but then canceled the call as the male's sister showed up and he is with her.

Officer spoke to the female caller who advised the officer that she was inside the guard station when she heard a bunch of yelling and screaming from the locker room. Advised that she told a bunch of teenage girls to "Chill out," and one named female told caller "Whatever." Caller advised that she stated, "Are you being sarcastic?" to which the named female again replied, "Whatever." Caller advised that she told the named female, "If you're not going to . . .

Caller advised that she was just involved in a domestic with her husband/negative on drinking, drugs or weapons/there are children in the home. Officer advised that one was in custody/ clear.

Harassment
N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that her stepfather is harassing her and following her around downtown in an older model white Chevy pickup.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two females attempted to walk out of Walmart with some merchandise, but they were able to retrieve the items. The females left prior to arrival. Officer had negative contact with the vehicle.

Caller advised that someone is possibly trying to live in a vehicle at this location and they want him removed.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a male in a camo shirt and a female carrying a large purse are harassing customers for money. Officer had contact.

915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a truck ran over gravel, hopped the curb, and a red air compressor fell out of the truck. Advised that the driver was possibly intoxicated. Officer contacted caller but had negative contact with truck.

Caller advised that someone stole her son's iPod from the locker room.

Caller advised that a couple with a newborn are sitting on the side of the road in lawn chairs and have a cart of items with them.

Thursday, June 18

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
2340 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that her tire was slashed while she was in Albertsons. Officer advised that the tire wasn't slashed/it just looks like caller ran over something.

809 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a named male is in the parking lot asking for money. Officer had negative contact but was advised that the male took off westbound on College. Officer advised contact was made with male on College/Bullard.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that the two females who ran yesterday are headed to sporting goods. Advised that they are now walking out on GM side.

Harassment
1625 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that an individual who works four doors down was making threats and screaming and yelling in the office in reference to a car parked where it shouldn't be.

601 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised that two males were arguing over one of the males photographing the other male's wife. Officer advised that the male said that he was taking pictures of the display case and the other male thought he was taking pictures of his wife's butt.

Caller advised that a male who is yelling and has a 6-pack of beer, is throwing lighter fluid up in the air. Officer issued the male an indefinite CTW for Walgreens.

Caller advised that a male is yelling at customers at the store and is talking to himself and yelling at himself. Advised that they have walked to the bus stop and both are wearing fisherman's hats. Officer advised that they have contact with one subject.

1075 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that three females in a black Toyota pickup are following her wanting to fight.

Caller advised that a brown vehicle with rims is parked at a named male's house and the named male is not there. Officer advised that the vehicle is parked on the street before the driveway/no one is in the vehicle/will ATL area through the night.

1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male in shorts and white T-shirt on the north side of Albertsons stated to the basket clerk that he needed to speak with GRMC. Second caller advised that the male was now at Sonic and walking back toward Albertsons. Officer thought contact was made on PA Road, but it was a female wearing a white shirt and a blue and white striped skirt.
