GLENWOOD, NM; The Whitewater Picnic Area approximately five miles north of Glenwood, NM will be open July 3, 4 and 5, 2015 from 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. This a beautiful picnic area shaded by giant Sycamore trees along the banks of Little Whitewater Creek.
The forecast shows a chance of thunderstorms through the weekend. Remember there is the potential for flash flooding any time heavy rainfall occurs.
