Friday, July 10

Domestic disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that it is between two females/not sure if drugs or alcohol are involved. Caller advised they can hear things being thrown around/knows they listen to a scanner and will tell officers nothing is going on.

Caller advised that a subject is slumped over the wheel of a white pickup.

Highway 35 -- Upper Mimbres
Named female keeps calling 911. Deputy had contact with her and will be standing by. Deputy advised out at GRMC.

Unwanted subject
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that a named male is on the property and he is not supposed to be there. Caller then advised that the male is leaving the property with tools.

Mesa Road – Cliff
Caller advised that her husband is hearing voices telling him to kill people and to kill himself. Advised that there are no weapons in the house. Advised that he has threatened suicide by cop before but isn’t now.

Saturday, July 11

Harassment
Highway 61 – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that a named male is sending him threats on Facebook. Caller is out of state at this time.

Euphoria Road – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that the gates have been locked by a named male and he is not able to leave. Deputy advised that the owner wanted the gates locked due to items missing on the property. Deputy advised that the owner’s representative can tell the deputies where the access keys are.

Criminal trespass warning
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Deputy was advised that a named male may be on the property. Deputy issued CTWs to two named males.

Unwanted subject
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named female just punched her screen and broke it. Deputy advised one female to GRMC. Another deputy advised that the female is in protective custody and she will be followed/ER advised to go to Room 3.

Battery
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that the landlord and her son are assaulting a male in Row D. Advised that the landlord has a shovel and is trying to hit him with it. Deputies advised that they are in the area. Deputy advised to send ambulance for a 28-year-old male with a laceration on the back of his head.

Breaking and entering
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that the vacant house across the street has broken windows, the back door is open, and the air conditioner is pulled out. Advised that it was not like that yesterday.

Chavez Lane – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that a named male and the male’s girlfriend were on his property earlier.

Loma Verde Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her 15-year-old son is not home after going out with friends to a BBQ on Lusk St. In Bayard, and he has never done this before.

Disturbance
Bear Canyon Lake
Caller advised that near the bathroom are some people who are really intoxicated and a beer bottle exploded in the fire. Second caller advised of a fight with adults and babies are present/believes something is going to happen. Advised it sounds like a really angry stepdad and son are getting into it.

Welfare check
Brockworth Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named male has been missing for the past eight hours in the Box Canyon area. Caller advised that they have been looking absolutely everywhere to see if he has fallen into a ditch or ravine. (Sheriff Raul Villanueva told the Grant County Beat that the New Mexico State Police Search and Rescue Team located the male in the Box Canyon area the night of July 12 and he was okay.)

N. Swan Street
Caller advised that his sister’s two teenagers are being unruly and wants then removed. Advised that the two are underage and drinking, wearing white muscle shirts and jeans.

Stolen motor vehicle
Caller advised that someone went through their back gate and she noticed some things are
missing. Advised that they are at the feed store.

Artcher Road
Caller advised that no one has spoken to his fiancé since Tuesday. Advised that there was no trouble, but she had an aneurism last week and was found in the creek. Deputy had negative contact and found all the doors and windows secured.

Palo Verde Drive – 11:30 a.m.
Deputy received call from a mother who advised that her juvi daughter just punched her in the face. Another deputy advised that they were arguing because the mother turned off the WiFi in the house and the daughter was upset.

Caller advised that she and her boyfriend were arguing over a phone and he slapped her/she wants him to leave and wants her phone back. Deputy advised boyfriend was issued an indefinite TW for this address.

Palo Verde Drive – 5 p.m.
Caller advised that her daughter is upset because caller won’t turn on the WiFi for her to use and the daughter is going through the house breaking things and getting physical with caller. Deputy advised that he is being advised that the juvi female took a lot of pills.

Panhandler
Chalcopyrite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that a male with a backpack is going house to house asking for money. Deputy advised that the male was given permission by the Tyrone Homeowners Association to ask residents if they’d like to have their street . . .

Highway 180 – MM 119
Caller advised that someone with a flashlight is by a vehicle on the side of the road trying to wave down cars. Deputy advised negative contact.
