Monday, Aug. 3

Domestic disturbance
Truck Bypass Road
Caller advised that a named female was just dropped off by the Silver City Police Department and she is a danger to herself and to others. Advised that she left. Deputies had contact with female just before Western Drive.

Deputy advised negative on an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle/vehicle is registered to both parties/clear.

Welfare check
Logan Street
Caller requests assistance in attempting to contact individuals in reference to concerns about children. Deputy advised clear/everything is OK/will set up frequent patrol.

Disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that a named male and a named female are harassing her and disconnected the line. Advised that she was involved in a physical altercation with another named female and that caller had a hammer in her hand but did not hit anyone with it.

Battery
Tabor Avenue
Caller advised that a female friend of his kicked him out of her vehicle on Rosedale Road, kicked him with her heels and sprayed him with pepper spray. Advised that he did not need medical attention.

Caller advised that she wanted indefinite CTWs issued to a named male and his family to her residence.

Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that someone broke into their pump house last night and stole a few items.

Third party caller advised that a mother with two children is stuck in an arroyo running with water. Silver New Mexico State Police is en route/they are in Lordsburg now ATL.

Tuesday, Aug. 4

Criminal damage to property
High Lonesome Road
Caller advised that she heard a loud noise in her kitchen and it sounded like someone threw something through a window. Advised that she is alone with her 10-week-old daughter and is scared.

Unwanted subject
Jack Rabbit Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named male is outside his house and will not leave. Deputy advised that male left prior to arrival/everything is okay.

Burglary
Mimbres Transfer station
Caller advised that a generator was stolen from the station.

Harassment
Highway 180 at Caballero’s
Caller advised that someone in a silver Ford Fusion is harassing him relative to a road rage incident.

Welfare check
Truck Bypass Road
Caller advised that she has not been able to contact her neighbor. Deputy advised en route to residence to make welcheck.

Highway 180 @ Delk Drive
Caller advised that a female is walking partially on the highway going east/she appears to be upset. Deputy had contact and advised giving her a ride to a trailer park off of Racetrack Road.

Vehicle burglary
Arenas Valley and XYZ Ranch roads
Caller advised that his vehicle was broken into.

Disturbance
Truck Bypass Road
Caller advised that a male and a female are fighting at this trailer park and that the male is intoxicated. Deputies advised they were arguing but nothing physical.

Assault
Geronimo Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that his landlord assaulted him by throwing a key and another object at him which busted his head open. Advised that it happened two days ago, but today his landlord is going crazy again and is throwing rocks at caller. Advised that his head wound is not healing but is small now and he doesn’t need medical attention.

Caller advised that a male is harassing residents and caller wants an indefinite CTW issued for the park.

Caller advised that her 3-year-old grandson is with his mother who is doing drugs. Deputy advised that no one is at the residence.

Wednesday, Aug. 5

Game and Fish
E. Highway 180 – MM118
Caller advised that a dead deer is in the roadway. Deputy advised that another truck just ran it over and threw it into the median.

Fight
Rosedale Road
Caller advised that two males were fighting in the roadway with sticks. Deputy had negative contact.

Weapons fired
Bandoni Drive
Caller advised that she was riding her horse when her neighbor shot a .22 gun and the bullet came very close. Advised that she had three horses and her child with her when this occurred. Advised that this neighbor shot her dog about two months ago. Deputies out at Bandoni drive/clear.

Thursday, Aug. 6

Game and Fish
S. Highway 90 and Tyrone Mine Road
Caller advised that a deer is hit and is still alive. Dispatch called G&F in Las Cruces and they advised that an officer should be out. G&F officer advised if deputies will put the deer down and if someone wants to buy it to get their information. Deputies advised that this is the subject that wants to buy the deer/deer is dead already.

Littering
E Highway 180 near VFW
Caller advised that a truck is pulling a trailer and trash is falling out everywhere. Deputy made contact with vehicle from Cobre High, who advised that they were not aware anything was blowing out.

Breaking and entering
Highway 78 – John Henry Ranch Road
Caller advised that he drove up on individuals stealing items from his ranch. Caller advised that he made contact with the individuals.

Loud party
Chukar Drive
Deputy had negative contact.

Game and Fish
Fort Bayard Road and Highway 180
Deputy advised that a baby buck is on the side of the road still alive/will be putting the deer down.
