Come out and enjoy an afternoon of fun and music at the Mimbres Culture Heritage Site on Sunday, august 16th. Sponsored by the Imogene F. Wilson Education Foundation, the Mimbres Museum and the 1882 Doctor office will be open at 1:30 PM. Mattocks Site walking tours with the Grant County Archaeology Society will be at 1:30 and 2:30 PM. Experience throwing an atl-atl, play some horseshoes or play a Victorian game. Visit our gift shop.

Ice cream will be sold for a $1.50 and drinks for $.25 .
A free concert will be provided by the Jericho Country Gospel Band at 3:30, so bring a hat, a lawn chair, the family and friends, and enjoy some good music.

The Museum is located on Sage Drive, just north of the Mimbres Cafe, off highway 35.

The Imogene F. Wilson Education Foundation, a 501 c 3 non-profit, and the Grant County Archaeological Society volunteers recently regrouped, reorganized and are ready to share Mimbres Valley History with visitors. They rely on donations and to reach established goals.
