Saturday October 3rd Audubon's guest speaker, Bill West, will lead a birding outing to Ted Turner's Ladder Ranch. Participants can expect to see a mix of breeding birds, migrants and early arriving wintering species as well as beautiful landscapes.

This outing requires preregistration and a $75 fee to be paid in advance. The Ladder Ranch charges $50 per person for access and Bill is charging a reduced fee of $25 to share his knowledge of the ranch and birds.

Participants will meet at the WNMU FACT parking lot at 6:30 AM to arrange for carpooling to the ranch, which is located east of Hillsboro. Bring a lunch, snacks, drinks and appropriate apparel.
