Silver City MainStreet is working on obtaining funding for improvements to Main Street Plaza, the home of the Silver City Farmers Market. The most urgent need is for public restrooms and funding for the restrooms is a priority. The public restrooms are very much needed for the Farmers Market and for all visitors to the downtown. MainStreet is asking for comments from the public at a meeting on Tuesday, September 29 at 5:30 at the Silver City Visitor Center located at 201 N. Hudson Street.
