Caller advised that sometime over the weekend someone scratched and dented her vehicle and the windshield is broke out.

Caller advised that her brother is threatening to cut down one of caller’s buildings with a chainsaw. Advised that he has left but said he would be back. Caller wants her brother issued a CTW.

Caller advised when she returned from out of town she noticed her toolbox is gone.

Caller advised that a female is trying to return an air soft gun and a couple of pair of pants. Officer advised two females under arrest/advising to issue . . .

Caller advised that a named individual threw a rock at his pickup. Advised that he no longer wants to make a report. Officer advised clear.

Caller advised that they got the groceries back. Advised that people were waiting with the doors open when the female got in the vehicle.

Caller advised that her brother is out of control and causing problems/caller hung up.

Caller advised that a female is trying to return a ‘bullet’ at customer service. Officer gave the female a citation to appear/negative on a CTW.

Tuesday, Sept. 29

Reckless driver
Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a gray SUV is going 85 mph and swerving all over the road. Officer advised following gray SUV on Pinos Altos Road/negative wants. Second officer advised traffic stop Swan St/32nd St. First officer advised out with second officer/ID only/clear.

Caller advised that her 18-year-old son’s eyes are turning red and he is not breathing right. Dispatch advised can hear male yelling in the background that he is fine and is beginning to act up with caller. Caller advised that he is on probation and she is afraid he is going to hit her.

Caller advised that they want CTWs issued to two homeless individuals, a male near Little Caesar’s and a female near Arby’s. Officer advised that both were issued CTWs.

Caller advised that a named individual is making threats toward caller.

Caller advised that he is getting texts from his 8-year-old daughter that she needs help/that her grandmother and mother are not waking up. Officer advised this is a misunderstanding/all units clear.

Caller advised that a named male was in one of the employee’s vehicles/nothing is missing/warrant for his arrest/judge released him.

Caller advised that her house has been broken into and there is damage and things are out of place.

Caller advised that someone has broken in through the air conditioning area and a TV has been stolen.

Caller advised that her ex is there. Officer advised verbal only/clear.

Caller advised that a female can be heard yelling. Officers advised on foot Broadway and Bullard and Gospel Mission.

Wednesday, Sept. 30

Caller advised that an individual is sitting on the ground. Officer advised that it was a named male waiting on a ride.

Caller advised that she heard one shot that sounded like it was right by the bedroom window. Second caller advised that he heard a loud bang about 10 minutes ago. Officer advised everything appears OK/negative contact with anything/clear.

Criminal trespass
1401 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a male they have caught shoplifting before is sitting in his blue PT Cruiser in the parking lot and they want him issued an indefinite CTW. Caller called back to advise that the subject just left.

Walk-in advised that her husband forged her name on a check and cashed it.

Caller advised that an adult male took a key and is still in the store. Officer advised the male’s mother was spoken with on the phone and she is en route to pick up her son/juvi male was released to his mother.

NMDOT went to talk to a named male about his crosses and he started to cause problems. Officer advised the male removed his belongings/clear.

Caller advised that a male and a female stole merchandise valued at $167 and they are in the back office not causing problems.

Caller advised that her son wants to speak to officers in reference to his ex-girlfriend hitting him. Officer advised negative contact with male/both units clear.

1956 E. Highway 180 – 3:45 p.m.
Caller advised that a female stole two buckets of chicken and left in a white van headed east on 180.

Caller advised that a female attempted to leave with a basket full of items but they got the merchandise back. Advised that she left already in a white, newer model Infinity.

Caller advised that a sign that was partly in the roadway hit his truck as he was going by.

Caller advised that a named male is harassing him and the store manager via telephone and the male has an indefinite CTW for the store and they want him removed. Officers made contact/subject left upon request/clear.

E. 14th and N. Gold streets
Caller advised two males are fighting on 14th and Silver. Officer advised out with subjects.

Caller advised that a female came to her home requesting help in reference to her boyfriend beating her up. Officers advised out with a named female/both units clear.

Caller advised that a named male is making a scene and going off on his 10-year-old son and hitting him. Officer had contact and advised that everything is OK/clear.

Caller advised that a named female is in the store and she has a CTW. Officers advised that they have one female in custody and another in investigative detention/one was released on a CTW and a CTA, and the other was released on a CTA.

Caller advised that they are sitting on the Lion’s Lodge deck but they are on caller’s property. Unclear whether one or both males were issued CTWs.

Caller advised that a male who stole body wash is in the store arguing with caller/he just left. Officer issued an indefinite CTW to a named male for Albertsons.

Caller advised of a verbal domestic with roommate who is trashing the house. Officer advised send ambulance for 51-year-old male having trouble breathing.

Caller advised of a potential stalking of one of their employees.

Caller advised damage was done to a fence/will wait for officer.

Caller advised that the ex-manager and her husband were just in the store and were very rude to her/the husband threw the items they were purchasing at caller. Officer made contact with caller.

Caller advised that her granddaughter called and stated that her boyfriend was beating her up.

Caller advised that a male behind the Lion’s Club seems to be very intoxicated and is very irritable with people who approach him. Officer out with a named male and issued an indefinite CTW for The Bike Works.

Walk-in advised that his 8-year-old daughter was assaulted at Jose Barrios.

Caller advised that a customer advised that a male is passed out on one of the benches in the ditch.

Caller advised that his daughter’s wallet was stolen near some apartments off Swan Street.

Caller advised that a male showed up again and had an altercation with an employee/it is the same male officers dealt with this morning behind the Lion’s Club. Officer advised he made contact with the male and explained that the CTW was for all the buildings in front of the Lion’s Club.

Small deer has been hit/partially on the road.

Officer advised that a named female stated that her roommate, a named male, had hit her and broke a picture/when I was speaking with her I observed bruises, but they appeared old/when I asked her for specifics on how he hit her, she did not provide a lot of detail/She also said that he threw stuff in the house, but the entire house was cluttered and similar in appearance to other visits to the house. Officer advised that he didn’t see any signs that she was the . . .

Caller advised that a female attempted to take skin cream and she is right out front with employee being cooperative. Officer advised that the female was issued an indefinite CTW to Albertsons and released on a CTA.

Caller advised that a male wearing a red sweater near The Flame seems very angry and high on something. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that her ex is harassing her by passing by the house in his vehicle and following and taunting them at Gough Park earlier.

Caller advised that a named male and a named female are harassing caller and her daughter and caller wants a CTW placed on the subjects. Officer advised will issue when located.

Caller advised that a possibly intoxicated male is stumbling into the roadway. Officer had negative contact.
