Harassment

Caller advised that his daughter is harassing him for money.

Unwanted subject

Caller advised that a male is dancing and singing in front of her house, possibly trying to sell candy bars and enchiladas. Officer made contact and advised the male to leave the area and he did.

Driving while intoxicated
S. Yucca Street
Caller advised that a white Tundra with blue lights is driving around Bayard. Officer advised this vehicle is at his house/only vehicle he knows that has blue lights. Caller advised that the male is back inside his vehicle really drunk.

Welfare check
Bayard Cemetery
Caller advised that a male without a shirt keeps stumbling into the roadway. Second caller advised that the male is making gestures toward vehicles at the bottom Snappy.

Criminal damage to property
400 Tom Foy Blvd.
South/north glass break. Officer made contact with caller.

Caller advised that they are receiving harassing texts. Officer advised negative on harassment.

Fran Drive
Caller advised that her 45-year-old boyfriend was intoxicated and being verbally abusive. Officer advised left the residence/will ATL the boyfriend/out at a Lea Street address.

Saturday, Nov. 7

Domestic disturbance
E Street
Officer advised it is between a male and his elderly wife who has dementia/he is following her and will try to hold her at 4th and D Street. Advised to send ambulance for a 79-year-old female with lacerations on her arms/no severe bleeding/has dementia.

Vehicle burglary
Anza Avenue
Caller advised that a male with a beard was breaking into her car.

Welfare check
Highway 180/Hurley
Caller advised that a named male called advising that he was going through Bayard on his way home from work at Walmart. Advised that they were disconnected and now he is not answering his cell. Officer had negative contact with either the vehicle or the male.

Weapons fired
Bottom of Elm against the creek
Caller advised that they just heard shots fired toward the bottom of Elm Street. Officer had negative contact/clear.

Sunday, Nov. 8

Welfare check
S. Bayard Street
Caller advised that her ex just picked up her children and ’peeled out’ in the driveway and didn’t have the children buckled into their seats. Officer had negative contact.
