Game and Fish
Coleman Drive
Caller advised that a large doe is stuck in her fence/did get out of the fence and now has a broken leg. G&F advised deputy sergeant to put the deer down and see if the caller wants to keep the deer. Deputy sergeant advised there are too many houses in the area/G&F advised
they will go and take care of it.

Criminal damage to property
Ridge Road
Caller advised that someone has been breaking into the building and possibly stealing their diesel. A named male called and advised that he is the one who cut the fence/advised that his daughter lives down behind the building.

Walk-in advised that behind the Red Barn, the owner of two pit bulls has not been feeding his dogs.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

Suspicious vehicle
Fort Bayard Cemetery
Fort Bayard Security called advising of a vehicle that pulled up into the cemetery which has speeding through Fort Bayard all night. Deputy made contact with caller who advised the vehicle left about two minutes before arrival/advised that one of the four males in the vehicle seemed as if he was pulling a gun from behind his back/then caller just left.

Wednesday, Nov. 11

Unwanted subject
Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that the landlord’s son just walked into the house and told caller that she needs to get out tonight. Advised that there is no eviction notice in place and she has been trying to move out. Deputy advised that the female will call for a civil standby tomorrow/negative on anything else.

Domestic disturbance
N. Pheasant Drive
Caller advised that a named intoxicated male is at caller’s residence and there is a gun pointed at the male. Advised that the male is now leaving the property but the wife still has the gun/she is lowering . . .

Thursday, Nov. 12

Burglary
Brushy Mountain Road – Mule Creek
Caller has been in Tucson and is unsure when it happened.

Fight
2300 N. Swan Street
Deputy out with about 10 high school kids – looked like there was a big brawl but everything is okay – they were just messing around.

Welfare check
22 Kirkland Road
Caller is the detective working the alleged child abuse case/advised that the father has been arrested/is requesting a phone call before the welcheck to brief situation to the responding officer. Deputy made contact with the foster parent, who advised that the 15-year-old male has only been with them for a couple of days and that the mother left already and is back in T or C.

Old Fort Bayard Medical Center
Caller advised some of the houses on old officer’s row have been broken into.

Domestic disturbance
Hermosa Street – Hanover
Caller advised that a lady and a man are arguing. Deputy advised that it is all verbal/everything is okay now.

Larceny
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a named male stole her pitbull/mastiff puppy.

Larceny
Rosedale Road
Caller advised that her back door was unlocked and surveying equipment is missing/also a weedeater, two gas cans and other items.

Accident – property damage
Chamisa Drive
Caller advised that a named female just rammed his gate with her van and is still on scene. Deputy advised will be staying in the area to make sure everything goes OK with the civil standby.
