December is a big month for the Silco Theater with the installation of Digital Projection, Sound, Screen, Theater Seating and Acoustical Treatments. The Silco is in its final months of work. Silco seats are scheduled for installation on December 12 & 13, 2015.

There are 165 seats in the Silco and we want to give everyone the opportunity to Sponsor a seat which will be listed on our donor wall. Theater Seat Sponsorship is $200.00.

Board President Patrick Hoskins said: "We have been delighted with current seat sponsorship support where people have invested in the Silco Project in their name, in the name of their business, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and even many purchased in loving memory of deceased relatives and friends."

Hoskins further stated "that the MainStreet board and many volunteers are very proud to be associated with the Silco Project and hope we can include even more people as Sponsors."

Lucy Whitmarsh, Main Street Executive Director, said: "While the construction and equipment is fully funded to date, there are still some minor ancillary items in need of funding, such as poster cases, interior signage and other miscellaneous items, including a contingency fund for the Silco's future."
