Caller advised that her neighbor is target practicing and she feels it’s not safe. Deputy spoke to both caller and shooter and advised that the male was shooting on his own property and following the guidelines for shooting a weapon.

Caller advised that his brother has been drinking and has a .38 Special. Caller advised that she just looked and her father’s .45 is gone. Deputy advised that both parties have separated and he is in his camp trailer.

Caller advised that their neighbors’ 18-year-old mentally ill son keeps getting out of their house in the middle of the night and going into caller’s barn. Caller advised that last night the boy got into caller’s barn and ate some ice cream salt and made himself sick/there is throw-up on the barn’s porch. Caller advised that his wife saw the boy’s parents out last night with flashlights looking for him.

Caller advised that his friend had ideas of suicide when they last spoke on Friday at dialysis. Deputy made contact with friend and advised that he is doing okay.

Caller advised that her 32-year-old daughter was supposed to go home on the 14th but she did not go home saying she does not have money for the trip.

Wednesday, Jan. 20

Caller advised that her 29-year-old son pushed her and she wants him removed from the residence. Advised that he told here if he could he would kill her. Advised that the son was physical with the dog as well. Advised that he is now leaving in a black Ford pickup headed north on Little Walnut Road.

Theft of his mail.

Deputy made contact with a named individual who was having a verbal dispute with her ex but he left and everything is okay.

Farley Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a female will not let him get his items/threatened caller with a gun/ punched him in the face/he has a bleeding nose/. Caller advised that the female is now calm/will not let him leave until law enforcement gets on scene/the bleeding did stop.

Caller is physically harmed by the officer/they are physically hurting her/dispatcher is hurting her. Dispatch advised caller that dispatcher is not hurting her. Dispatch advised that since she is stating she is physically harmed a law enforcement officer will come and assist her. Deputy advised that all gates are locked up/negative contact/call caller and advise her to come to gate.

Caller advised that the neighbor’s horses are grazing on caller’s pasture and they need to go back to theirs. Dispatch called neighbor who advised that they already went and got their horses and are fixing the fence.

Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that her neighbor is keeping her from putting up a fence and she has the permits and permission to put up the fence.

Caller advised that a 94-year-old female may not be eating. Deputy made contact and advised that the female is okay.
