Deputy out with male on side of road/transporting to rest area/clear.

Caller advised she expected to see the female today at the Senior Center but she didn’t show up and that’s not like her. Caller called back advising she was able to contact the female and she is okay.

Welfare check
S. Bear Creek Road – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that her 67-year-old husband had court today and has not returned home/advised that he has a history of seizures.

Racetrack and Crum roads
Caller advised that syringes are lying on the ground at the bus stop for kids/requested frequent patrol between hours of 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.

Harassment
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that her neighbor across the street is posting things about caller on Facebook, and if a deputy doesn’t go out there caller is going to go over to her house and pull her out by the hair. Deputy advised on scene.

Tuesday, Jan. 26

Deputy made contact with walk-in who stated the following:
1. She let a named male stay with her at her residence about a week ago.
2. While he was staying at her residence he ordered $436.55 worth of porn.
3. She wants an indefinite CTW issued.

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that the neighbors are outside yelling at each other. Deputy advised that it was a verbal argument between two intoxicated females and one party is leaving at this time.

Stolen motor vehicle
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that her red 1998 Chevy Cavalier has been stolen and she suspects either a named female or her nephew. While on the line, caller advised that her car is now returning but still wants law enforcement to respond. Caller advised that it was her niece and nephew who took it and everything is OK.

Wednesday, Jan. 27

Domestic disturbance
Hanover Creek Road – Fierro
Caller advised that her daughter has been physical and is possibly under the influence of drugs. Deputy requested ambulance for a 14-year-old male involved in an altercation/right hand and knee pain/negative on emergency response.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Kirkland Road
Male lying on the ground. Deputy has contact and will be giving the male a ride to Bayard.

Missing persons
Encina Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her friend has been missing since last night and the friend has been depressed and suicidal.

Criminal damage to property
Linda Road
Caller advised that someone is cutting trees on caller’s property.

Disturbance
Mahogany Drive
Caller advised that her sister is high on meth and crack and there are two children ages 3 and 5 in the home. Deputy advised negative on any type of disturbance/children were OK/a named female was OK/elderly female which is the homeowner was OK/negative on a SCI referral.

Domestic disturbance
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her 25-year-old son is threatening to hit her/advised that she is locked in the truck at this time. Caller advised that her son stated he did not care if law enforcement kills him.
