ALCS has been visiting and helping at The Commons once a month. On January 27th, the 6-8th graders came to work in the garden, learn about the evolution of our food system, and make art with their bodies in our large open space! Kristin, our garden coordinator, guided them in harvesting carrots and prepping 3 beautiful garden beds so they will be ready for spring planting.
