Male walking eastbound, possibly intoxicated, kicked a box of trash into the roadway. Officer had negative contact/trash was moved out of the roadway.

Five subjects at both intersections, Officer advised subject at Shoe Dept is going to take off/will be out at Walmart/negative contact at Walmart.

Officer reissued male a CTW and released him on a CTA.

Caller advised that his daughter, who is at work, is being harassed by a named female and both parties are on scene.

Breaking and entering

Front screen door is bent and the front door lock is loose/back door is slammed shut and stuck/window screen in bedroom is halfway off/nothing appears to be stolen.

Caller advised that her 31-year-old brother has been reported missing out of Las Cruces. Advised that she thinks he is danger as he was recently released from the BHU at Fort Bayard about two weeks ago. Advised that he has been gone since Thursday.

Headed toward Walgreens/stole an SM transmitter/heavy-set African American with three other males.

Large SUV has been parked on north side for over 40 minutes/officer spoke with pastor of Nazarene Church.

Two females just pushed out a cart and left in a gold minivan/going toward Arenas Valley/they stole a TV and some furniture. Officer advised that an indefinite CTW was issued to one of the females on 10/08/14, and again on 04/23/15.

Caller advised that a truck with camper shell is parked with parking lights on. Officer made contact/subject not opening the door/roll another unit. Officers advised driver’s license valid/ Ruger 9mm, no record found/clear.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

His shop was broken into last night/items are missing.

The minister of the Church of Christ advised that someone has been siphoning gas from vehicles on the property for the past couple of months and they have not reported it until now.

Domestic disturbance
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male in Row 6 is hitting a female. Officer had contact with the vehicle in the parking lot.

Harassment
E. 19th Street
Caller advised that whenever she and her 12-year-old son ride the bus and this named male is on the bus too, the male calls her and her son names and she wants it to stop. Officer advised that he would attempt to contact the male and inform him to stay away from them.

Criminal trespass

A named male is harassing his ex-girlfriend and she is very scared. Officer made contact with the ex-girlfriend.

Shoplifting
2707 E. Highway 180
Hispanic male stole some merchandise and left on foot toward Walmart. Officer had negative contact.

Male subject just walked out with a six-pack of beer and left in a black 4-Runner.

Request CTW on a named male/started harassing customers and store manager/left on 180 toward Arenas Valley

Caller advised a male and a female are fighting inside a vehicle and yelling at some kids who were inside also. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that someone broke into one of his rentals last night and stole a bunch of items out of it.

Officer had contact with caller who showed officer a text sent from a named male to a named female, which said, “The more you hide the more angry I get. Come out, come out, wherever you are you little bitch.” Caller stated they didn’t respond but want the incident documented.

Caller advised that a male and a female in a van in the roadway by Taco Bell are fighting. Officer advised out on scene with the male who had run toward Shady Grove.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

2800 Pinos Altos Road
Both were being separated at this time and both were issued indefinite CTWs for The Flame.

Caller advised that they no longer want a named male there.

111 S. Texas Street
Caller advised that she was just assaulted by a named male and they made her leave while he is still at the mission.

Caller advised that a bald, named male is inside his store and is walking in traffic between Washington Federal and Food Basket.

Male at the intersection has been going into the roadway. Officer advised male to move out of traffic.

Male and female in the back office not causing problems/they were stealing paint.

Intoxicated male is spitting in front of people. Officer out with male and advised that he would tone it down.

Caller advised that a named male is there irate and causing problems and just walked out. Officer had negative contact.

Female was under scanning at the self-checkout. Officer advised that she was released on a CTA, Walmart did not want to issue a CTW.

Adult male walked out with merchandise.

Caller advised that she is being harassed by a named male via telephone.

Caller advised that her boyfriend’s vehicle keeps getting egged every day since Monday/it occurred at the college and the library. Officer advised that the call will need to be handled by WNMU Campus Police.

Thursday, Feb. 11

Criminal trespass warning
Hill Street
Neighbor outside yelling, screaming, banging on the door, and banging on the walls of the house. Caller advised that he has done this before/caller doesn’t believe he is intoxicated. Officer issued a named male an indefinite CTW for this address.

Mountain View Road
Caller advised that an 83-year-old named male hasn’t answered his phone and he had some sort of medical episode yesterday. Officer had negative contact at address, will call GRMC.

Caller is very upset/advised he is not crazy and is cursing about not being crazy. Seems to be ranting about the USMC. Plotting across from the post office. Advised at the Mountain View Eyecare. Caller is cussing saying that he is scared. Officer has contact and will take subject to the VA Clinic.

Caller advised that a 7-year-old from the apartments is in the parking lot of dispatch all by herself. Officer had contact with the mom who advised that she fell asleep and will call the school.

Four males at Register 7 are harassing employees and now are leaving. Caller advised that only one left and the other three are reentering the store and harassing a named male and another manager. Officer advised that all were issued indefinite CTWs.

Caller advised that he is ready to explode on the guy in the cafeteria. Officer advised caller was being escorted to an address off of Mountain View.

Caller advised that she got a referral about a 9-year-old boy who is afraid.

Intoxicated male causing problems. Officer issued indefinite CTW and escorted male off the property.

Vehicle rear-ended her on Highway 180 @ Ace Hardware and left the scene.

Male and female being escorted to the back office not causing problems. Officer advised that both were released on CTAs.

Ex-employee is sending her harassing texts. After several attempts officer advised negative contact with caller.

Caller advised that he has a crazy neighbor who is harassing him.

Caller advised that a physical domestic is going on across the street then hung up. Officer spoke to two kids/one is 13-years-old/everything is okay/no one else is in the home.
