Caller advised that a physical altercation occurred yesterday between himself and his neighbor.

Walk-in advised that his neighbor is building a fence on walk-in’s property. Deputy advised that it is a civil issue and that he will probably need to get the property line surveyed.

Missing persons
Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised that he has not seen or heard from his 17-year-old daughter since Thursday. Deputy advised that the daughter was returned to her mom’s house on Bellm Street in Santa Clara then was turned over to her grandparents on Cleveland Street.

Welfare check
Shasta Street
Caller advised that her 50-year-old friend has PTSD and a traumatic brain injury and when caller spoke to her about 15 minutes ago the friend gave suicidal ideations saying she was going to cut her throat. Advised that friend has been drinking and has not slept in four days.

Male Hispanic, 20 to 30 years old, spray painting the road at the corner of Arenas Valley Road and Hwy 180 across from the VFW.

Cottage San Road
Caller advised that her 24-year-old son was physical with her/he does have mental problems. Deputy advised that one male is in investigative detention en route to a Cottage San address.

Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised that she just heard 4-5 shots. Deputy advised that a male can be seen on the eastside of the baseball fields trying to hide/it was young folks hunting quail.

Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that her 50-year-old friend told her that he had taken some pills and is drinking beer. Second caller advised that the friend took 20 blood pressure pills and alcohol/has been depressed since the death of his wife two months ago. EMS3 advised patient is being transported/clear.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

Adams Lane – Arenas Valley
Deputy had negative contact with any loud music.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

Welfare check
Nun View Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her daughter is not taking her meds and is destroying her own property. Deputies made contact with caller who advised that she did not wish to have a welcheck done on her daughter as it would ruin her relationship with her.

Vehicle burglary
Kiva Place
Caller advised that the battery and gas were stolen from her car on Sage Road.

Larceny
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Wood stove was stolen.

Stalking
Farley Road
Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend has been on her property.

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that he could hear a male and a female arguing and the male say, “I’m going to open fire.”

Deputy advised that a male walked up to him and advised the deputy that he heard shots fired inside the hospital. Deputy out at the back of the hospital/one in investigative . . .

Thursday, Feb. 11

Welfare check
Rio de Arenas Road
A 1-year-old has been outside since yesterday and possibly no one is home. Deputy made contact with the father and mother, and child is playing with the dogs/everything is okay.

Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
On 74-year-old father who lives alone and has been ill. Deputy advised negative contact with anybody and his vehicle is not here/there are fresh tracks leaving the property.

Western Drive
Caller advised that a named male has stolen his 2000 Dodge Neon with no hubcaps.

Domestic disturbance
Polomski Road
Caller advised that her grandparents are fighting. Law enforcement officer advised send me help, shots fired. Deputy confirmed single shot fired/will be in twos/ATL for . . .

Weapons fired
Pinon Street – Santa Clara
On the other side of the carwash she heard a man yelling and then two shots then a woman screaming. Male at the Brown Derby screaming his head off/holding something in his hand. Second caller advised male with a gun by the Brown Derby. Deputy had contact with male/one in investigative detention/giving male ride home.

Tabor Avenue and Lance Drive
Caller advised that he heard two sets of gunshots. Deputy had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
S. Bear Creek Road – Gila
Caller advised that she has a female with her at the residence who was involved in a domestic but does not need an ambulance. Advised that she is safe at this time and has two kids with her.
